Without prior announcement or fanfare, the new, affordable smartphone Realme C100 5G has arrived on the European market. What does it offer and how much does it cost?
While the datasheet published by French store is accurate, the Realme C100 5G is a rather large smartphone, with a 6.8-inch LCD screen, unfortunately running at HD+ resolution, but with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, supported by a modest 4GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card. Power is provided by a robust 7000mAh battery, although charging capacity is not specified. However, we do know that the phone's rear camera houses a 50-megapixel camera with PDAF, but it only records in Full HD. The front camera is quite budget-friendly, at 5-megapixel. The smartphone's casing meets the MIL-STD-810H durability standard and is IP64-rated, and its dimensions measure 166.38 x 76.13 x 8.45 mm. The smartphone is available in two colors and weighs 212g. Prices in France are a bit "out of the round" at €237 or €256, but will likely end up at €239 and €259...
