After the recent launch of the budget Realme C100 5G, it's time for its secondary variant - Realme C100 4G. What's the difference?
The LTE model is similar in size to the 5G version and also has a 6.8-inch screen with a poor HD+ resolution, but with a refresh rate limited to 120 Hz (instead of 144), but with higher brightness, up to 1200 nits at peak. The Realme C100 4G also has a larger battery than its brother – a whopping 8,000 mAh, though still with decent 45-watt charging and 10-watt reverse charging. The main camera is the same as in the 5G model, a 50-megapixel with an f/1.8 aperture, but the Realme C100 4G model has a better, 8-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera also has a secondary depth sensor and a Pulse Light notification LED. Of course, the 4G model uses a different processor than the 5G version. It's the MediaTek Helio G92, supported by a decent 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256 GB of eMMC5.1 internal storage. Additionally, the smartphone is designed to withstand drops from a height of up to 2 meters and boasts an IP69K seal. Currently, the LTE model is available in Vietnam for 7.7 million dong, or about $280. So we have an interesting situation where the 4G model is more expensive, but also better than the 5G model in some respects. Read more about the Realme C100 5G!
