Official promotional materials reveal details of Samsung's unusually named lower-midrange smartphone. Interestingly, the new trailer reveals not only its appearance, release date, and specifications, but even the prices of individual variants!
The new smartphone's name suggests a kinship with the Galaxy F70e unveiled earlier this year, with a shared green exterior. However, the new teasers on Flipkart reveal a number of differences, one of which is noticeable at first glance. The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro has three cameras on the back, although given the price range you shouldn't expect too much - the main 50 Mpx camera with OIS is accompanied by a 5 Mpx wide-angle camera and a 2 Mpx macro camera. The front selfie camera also looks better, with a punch-hole design instead of a notch – the manufacturer announces that it is the only one in its price segment to take HDR photos.
Thanks to the Galaxy F70 Pro test on Geekbench, we already know that this smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. The announcement also reveals that the processor will be accompanied by up to 8 GB of LPPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, as well as the One UI 8.5 interface based on the Android 16 operating system. The Galaxy F70 Pro has a Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, and its battery has a capacity of 6000 mAh, charging at 45W, and allows for Bypass.
