Honor Play 20A - an extra screen will really come in handy!

Honor has unveiled a budget smartphone that stands out from its competitors with an extra display on the back. In the Honor Play 20A, it really makes sense…

Why do I think so? The extra screen on the back of the new Honor Play 20A will be useful for taking selfies. That's because the front-facing (and essentially dedicated) camera is only 5 megapixels. The rear camera isn't necessarily great either – but it does have a more manageable 13 megapixels. Besides previewing selfies, the extra screen also allows you to control music, for example – and also serves as an Always On Display – a feature that isn't available on the main display, as it uses LCD technology and a constant clock display would consume too much battery life. The main screen is 6.9 inches, has HD+ resolution (I suspect so, as it's not mentioned anywhere), and a 90 Hz refresh rate.

The heart of the Honor Play 20A smartphone is the MediaTek Helio G81 processor, supported by a paltry 4 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card, without sacrificing DualSIM support – the card slot is triple. The smartphone is powered by a 6000 mAh battery, though unfortunately, it only supports 15-watt charging. There are three color options available. The price hasn't been announced yet, but judging by the specifications, it's unlikely to be high.
