Honor has added another model to the 600 series. The Honor 600 Elite 5G—despite a name that promises a lot—is actually a budget device, though it does have a few redeeming qualities.
The display certainly cannot be counted among the new Honor's strengths. It is a basic 6.82-inch TFT panel with a resolution of only 1592 x 720 pixels, though it does make up for this with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1020 nits. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor—typical for this category—supported by a respectable 8GB/256GB memory configuration and running MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16. The camera setup offers a surprise: while the rear features a 108-megapixel camera with an f/1.75 aperture and an additional portrait sensor, the front brings disappointment in the form of a mere 5-megapixel selfie camera.

The greatest asset of the Honor 600 Elite 5G is its battery, boasting an 8,100 mAh capacity and 45W charging support. The battery is designed for a six-year lifespan and is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C. The phone also features stereo speakers and a headphone jack, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Available in three colors, the casing boasts IP68, IP69, and IP69K ingress protection ratings and can withstand immersion in water at temperatures up to 85°C. Furthermore, the smartphone is built to survive drops from a height of 2.5 meters. The device measures 168.3 x 78.54 x 8.3 mm and weighs 218.5 g. Pricing has not yet been announced, though it is unlikely to be an expensive model.
