It's been the first smartphone since months about which I didn’t complain even for a second, the one I’d like to keep... and I would probably use it longer than half a year. The majority of smartphones are fragile and susceptible to mechanical damage devices. There aren’t too many models with higher durability, and those most "armoured" can be counted on the fingers. That's why I greeted Evolveo StrongPhone Q4 in my editorial office with great joy. This smartphone was to my liking from the very beginning, though the majority of parameters seems to deviate from the main market trend. read more

Lumia 1320 is to enable Nokia to gain a foothold in the segment of phablets, or smartphones with enlarged displays. The device is offered in a very attractive price, so as not to compete with a clearly more expensive, but a higher-positioned 1520 model. Although I do not like compact smartphones, preferring the comfort of using a large display over a miniature size of a device, using LG G2 Mini was surprisingly positive. LG has proven with this model that the smaller version of a leading device does not always have to mean much worse parameters. Reviewing the phone I could not avoid comparisons with an “adult” G2, nevertheless, a lower price and a higher convenience of LG G2 Mini was always on my mind… read more

I was surprised when I first heard about Nokia with Android. When I have been watching phones from the X series during the launch in Barcelona, my surprise was replaced by curiosity. Finally, when I could test Nokia X in practice, I was disappointed. Though I have a great sentiment for Nokia, X is not a model that I could be friends with. read more

Alcatel One Touch Hero in the dual-SIM version cannot be treated as any other phone. It has a giant, 6-inch Full HD display, the camera with an impressive, 13-megapixels matrix, and most importantly, the fact that I am ready to enlarge my shirts’ pockets for it, speaks for itself. It could not fit to any of my pockets. read more
