A smartphone launched in the second half of 2025, serving as a more affordable alternative to the flagship models in the same series. The front panel features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a resolution of 1170 x 2532 px. Peak brightness reaches up to 1200 nits outdoors. The display is protected by a next-generation durable Ceramic Shield, and at the top, there is the signature Dynamic Island cutout, housing advanced Face ID sensors and a 12 Mpx selfie camera. The design, featuring an aluminum frame and glass back, is highly water and dust resistant, as confirmed by its IP68 certification. At the heart of the device is the Apple A19 chip running iOS. The phone comes standard with 8 GB of RAM, ensuring smooth performance for advanced Apple Intelligence features, and is available with either 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage. The battery supports wired charging via USB-C, as well as wireless charging using MagSafe and Qi2 standards. The rear panel features a single 48 Mpx camera with electronic and optical image stabilization. It allows for 4K video recording at 60 frames per second and supports Cinematic mode. The device is available in white, black, and pink.

The phone costs the same in USD as last year's 16e model. Unfortunately, the price in Polish zloty remains the same, despite the fact that the dollar is significantly cheaper than it was a year ago. Does the Polish branch of Apple think that no one will notice this? I will refrain from purchasing any iPhone.
