To create an Apple ID account, the company requires you to provide your first and last name, date of birth, and phone number. For me, the most important aspect is security and data protection. If I had known about this before the purchase, I would never have decided on an iPhone. Transferring contacts from the old Nokia Lumia phone requires manual entry of every contact. The initial actions and settings of the iPhone require frequent consultation of the manual. In summary: the iPhone remains unused while I cannot part with my old Nokia.

I possess an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have never had an iPhone before, as I always used Huawei and Samsung. I have owned the phone for 23 months. I am completely shocked that it does not even match the Huawei p30 pro. The battery performance is extremely poor, reaching 80% after 20 months; the device is starting to freeze, and the speaker has failed so that I cannot hear the caller, although the music is heard correctly. The microphone is starting to malfunction and, worst of all, the phone loses reception. For such a price, it is the lowest quality device I have ever had. My 5 year old Huawei p30 pro performs significantly better. I am in a difficult position and regret that I have to deal with these difficulties because I received an Apple smartwatch to go with it. After a few months, it no longer takes such beautiful photos. I have the phone without a single scratch and it looks like new as it is always in a case, but the sides are wearing off on their own. All devices have a 24 month warranty, whereas this low quality device has only one year. It is disappointing because the speaker failed after only 15 months.

People! Do not buy this. I switched from iPhone XS (I had two) to iPhone 14 Pro; what has happened in the meantime is an absurdity. These devices do not work like they used to. Apple is an organization that manipulates people into spending more and more money; the equipment is increasingly expensive and complicated. However, it is not the fault of the device itself, but the greed of Apple, which after some time requires you to subscribe to an iCloud package. My storage was full, and when I reset this low-quality device to factory settings, somehow over 100GB of space became available, even though nothing disappeared from the phone. Another issue is the MacBook 13 Pro computer, which in my opinion can only serve as a tray or a device for watching movies; perhaps if you take a course on how to use this inferior equipment, you will manage to work on it somehow; nothing there is intuitive. Performing any work on this computer is impossible. The equipment is of no value and since it was new, it has been constantly requesting the addition of a credit card! I do not recommend it.

I have been using the 7, the 8, and two Apple Watches for a few months. The only sensible use is payments, and the only feature of this "hardware" worth recommending is security. I will never leave Android – I know that for sure now. I can configure it however I want, and I do not pay a subscription for basic functions and applications. I repaired one of the Apple Watches myself; I replaced the screen with a new one. It turned out that card payments were no longer possible because the NFC chip is permanently linked to the logic board. Goodness... I replaced this worthless item; fortunately, I did not throw away the old screen. The fingerprint sensor in the 6, 7, and 8 is designed similarly. If you damage it, it becomes useless. Face ID! What an impressive thing... Except that I have had it for a long time in Samsung devices. Even the budget ones. I think Apple will only continue to exist because the world is full of foolish people who will be happy like children and believe that they have something exceptional since they spent so much money.

Good morning. I bought my son his dream Apple iPhone, the 13 version. After 6 weeks of use, the phone suddenly stopped recognizing GSM networks, would not update, and reported after 10 minutes that there was no Wi-Fi network, even though the network was working and it was possible to browse websites. My son has a 5-year-old, very worn-out Xiaomi worth a few hundred zlotys, which he returned to using because this iPhone worth several thousand has been at the service center for a week. APPLE quality is such that they first caused me to have no contact with my child for half a day, and then he has been without a phone for a week (it is good that he still has that old Xiaomi). I will also add that at the service center in Warsaw at Rondo Daszyńskiego, the technicians repaired my Samsung on the spot immediately. I suggest considering it carefully before buying this equipment.

At the very beginning, I would like to point out that Apple is a complete failure. The phone has a significant problem with typing Polish characters, it does not understand word inflections, the keyboard stops responding, and it was the first phone in which I had to replace the battery myself; I will never buy Apple again. I have had the phone since it was new and there are constant problems with it; it heats up excessively. I would like to point out that I own the 11 pro model and I have never had a lower quality device. For comparison, I have a Huawei that has not had the battery replaced so far and functions correctly, while my current 11 pro phone stops responding and has problems accessing websites. Personally, I believe this brand is overrated and people only buy it to have a status symbol in their pocket; thank you for your attention.

I read reviews about the iPhone and I cannot believe what people are writing. I have the impression that they either have never held it in their hands or simply do not know how to operate it. No SMS delivery reports, for instance? You just need to go into settings and turn them on. The keyboard freezes, the phone freezes? I have never experienced anything like that; on Android, yes, but not on iOS. Not very intuitive? For someone who has used Android, it might be, just as Android might not be very intuitive for someone who uses an iPhone. Furthermore, people behave as if they have bought a house, and it is only a smartphone and nothing more. Personally, I highly praise Apple devices, even if only for the security that is missing in Android and the Google store.

Terrible phone. The price is dreadfully high. Although it has been working for 9 years (iPhone 5s), most applications cannot be used, the battery had to be replaced, and it was also necessary to purchase additional storage after some time; naturally, charges are billed monthly rather than as a one-time fee. When this device stops working, I will gladly switch to a Nokia 5310, never again any equipment from Apple. When someone purchases an unwanted gift at an Apple Store, one cannot receive a refund in cash, only a gift card that can only be used in that company's store. In this way, my family lost several thousand PLN on the purchase of, I believe, an iPhone 13 for me, and it cannot be returned to the store. I absolutely do not recommend it.

iPhone 15? The worst phone I have ever had. I have better memories of a Realme for 700 zł. It filled up the entire memory, though it is unknown how, because I was constantly deleting everything possible without adding anything. After a year, the battery health is 88%. After 1.5 years, the photo quality is like that of a Nokia 3310 or worse. Generally, for this price, I could have several other, better phones. It is not even possible to transfer photos from this device to Windows in a standard way, because it requires certain applications that I cannot install because I lack storage space.
