I used the Ip11 for over 3 years after transitioning from the Ip8 plus, which I later regretted. Regarding the Ip11, at the beginning of use everything was satisfactory; every basic function fulfilled its intended purpose. However, for me, it was uncomfortable to hold, slippery + short and wide, and it lacked a fingerprint reader. Too few Hz, a significant difference between phones with 120Hz and my Ip11. I believe that for the same price as the Ip11, one can obtain a truly high-specification Android device.

I replaced my iPhone 8 with an 11 and unfortunately I am not satisfied. It does not sit comfortably in the hands + it has a raised screen, apparently because of this the screen is already broken after 4 months of use despite a good case and glass. The iPhone 8 fell every day and nothing happened to it for over 4 years? Also, a big disadvantage is the lack of contact suggestions when typing a phone number and the lack of a message stating how many hours of sleep result. For me, this is not a phone worth its price.

I purchased my first iPhone and I will never choose this brand again. The phone has already been to the service center 3 times and several defects have not been resolved. In tests, the phone shows no defects or faults, even though they were presented to the service employee clearly. He recommended that I contact the Apple helpline. Practically after every update, as well as before the update itself, bad things start happening with the phone.
1. The screen lock sound does not always work.
2. Increasing and decreasing the sound is also faulty - the side panel often does not appear. The phone does not respond to button commands.
3. The caller is displayed to me as a "double contact", meaning the person's name appears twice on the screen, with part of it cut in half.
4. The battery in the phone lasts me about 3 hours - I always have to have a cable or a power bank with me. The battery fails me every day. At 20%, the phone freezes mercilessly.
5. After unlocking the phone using "FACE", the device sometimes randomly selects an application from the home screen and opens it. Note: even if the application is on the 3rd screen tab and we are on the first.
6. The phone is quite heavy.
7. During a phone call and continuous use of the phone during the call, the phone also freezes.
8. The buttons do not respond to commands. I have the pressure sensitivity mode turned on in the settings, but even that does not work. I am starting to strike the screen with my fingers just to make this device react.
9. Reception - for many years I have not had such poor reception. Switching the SIM card to my old Android phone, you can see that the iPhone 11 has a very weak antenna. Places where I always had reception - I will never have it again as long as this phone is with me. Even in open spaces, the phone has problems with the network.

Apple service, despite my visits, always gives me the same advice: please restore the phone to factory settings. Sure!!! I bought a phone for 3 thousand to lose all my saved data an average of 5 times a year.

Additional memory in the phone - the so-called paid cloud - immediately after purchase saved a corrupt file and I cannot use this option because downloading the data will cause the phone to crash as an error has been saved in the memory.
So far, I have heard opinions that the Apple brand detects and deletes such errors, but it turns out that it overwrites them. It does not remove system errors. And apparently, they have an independent system.

General impressions: my first iPhone for a trial - why the 11 model? Because I wanted to check the Apple brand in general and I will say honestly that I have no idea what people find so impressive about it. The phone is of very poor quality, and the system itself is too highly praised for us to say that it works efficiently. I believe that these phones are considered the best only by their uncritical enthusiasts. The best thing is that when you point out a defect to them, it is not a problem because despite everything, the iPhone is the best. It is irrelevant that the phone barely works, but the iPhone is the best. It was because of such a person that I purchased an iPhone. That person knew exactly what I did not like about my old phones and swore that this phone would meet all my requirements. I AM DISAPPOINTED!!! All my requirements are the defects of this phone!!! I cannot find anything in this phone that would be a plus and could significantly distinguish it from other brands and systems.

I purchased it in September 2020. Initially, everything worked as it should - the camera took fairly good photos, everything operated quite fast, and it was perfectly integrated with the MacBook and AirPods. After some time, problems began: after updating to iOS 16, the phone restarts on its own from time to time or heats up without an obvious reason, even though I mainly use Apple apps and banking services. From the very beginning, the battery was not particularly impressive; in practice, it ends up on the induction charger every day. Limitations - Siri is still not available in Polish, Apple Maps is quite poor, and the configuration options are very limited. Something fails every now and then - be it Apple Music, something with Bluetooth, or CarPlay. It works best only with original cabling and accessories, which are quite expensive. The display as well as the glass back give the impression that they scratch just from looking at them. Overall, for this amount of money, I expected something that would truly be "amazing," but instead, I simply received an ordinary smartphone (with 64 GB of memory, without the possibility of expansion with an SD card) that just works but unfortunately fails in the long run. When buying my first iPhone, I expected that "wow" factor, but instead... I have the feeling that I simply spent too much money. On the other hand, it seems that I have been cured of Apple (the MacBook was also supposed to be incredible, but it turned out to be a typewriter with internet access for the price of a good Windows laptop).

NO charger in the set. Change it on the website. At least I received ONLY A CABLE: USBC-Lighting.
Camera is okay. It is good. It takes nice photos. Videos too. In my case, it fell ONCE from the washing machine. 85cm high. The back shattered. Repair 400 PLN.. great. ....
Charging is poor. I do not know if this is fast charging. When I buy the original adapter for 100 PLN, I will check if it charges better. ECOLOGY... I am buying a NEW phone from APPLE for the first time. And I also have to buy a charger for 100 PLN. Great, carbon tax paid.

The contents of the box can unfortunately always vary depending on the place of purchase or the honesty of the seller - if purchased through auction sites. Officially, Apple stated in the specification: "USB Power Adapter" - in the "In the Box" section (and AirPods), and we try to stick to what the manufacturer officially states (at request I can send a screenshot of the page, because Apple does not show specifications of archival models). Perhaps in Poland the box equipment was poorer... Yes, it was, I see it in one of the electronics stores. I will add it to the additional information, because that is all I can do for now. In the future, this entry will contain information that the charger may or may not be available depending on the market. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards. (jf)

I have been using this phone for 1.5 years.

I will start with the pros: first, the phone runs very smoothly, it has only frozen slightly once; second, it takes nice photos; third, it has (in my opinion) a very attractive appearance, and furthermore, it has no problems with signal reception and has good speakers and haptics.

I will now move on to the cons: the first and biggest is the battery life; I do not expect several days of operation on a single charge, however, discharging after only a few hours of light use is a poor joke to me; the second disadvantage is the charging time, which is quite long; besides this, the phone is in my opinion prone to damage, after a fall from a small height (about 80-90 cm) the display was damaged and scratches occur easily; moreover, it is quite expensive considering the average specifications.

Unfortunately, the above-mentioned disadvantages have decided that this will probably be my last phone from this brand, despite the numerous advantages of iPhones. My next phone will certainly be with Android.

Hello, I have an iPhone 13, I switched from Android, from a Samsung s21, which was also not bad, but its reception was weak and I will compare it to that. The stereo speakers in the iPhone are at a higher level, cameras, hm, it seems to me that they are very similar. The S21 also took very nice photos. Both are not poorly made, it is a matter of taste. Haptics are better in the iPhone, the battery is better in the iPhone, but you have to turn off some of those options like background app refresh, location, searching for nearby devices etc. Then the battery lasts up to 6 hours of SOT in my case, so it is not a bad result. I do not play games, I make a lot of calls, use Messenger, SMS, I do not spend time on social media, I watch some movies on Netflix. I miss the possibilities of Android a little. To sum up: iPhones are good phones, well-made, but the prices, prices and once again prices. It is a bit expensive, too expensive. I think that for example an iPhone 13 should cost a maximum of 3000 zł and no more, that would be a good price.

Hello JOTCE, those are not open applications, but only recently opened applications. It is not Android; iOS does what YOU want, and not what it wants, which is unfortunately the difference. By the way, it is a very good phone, but still a bit expensive; at 1500 PLN, it would have no equal. I compared it a bit to the Samsung S20 FE, as I happen to have that one as well. iPhone 11 has slightly slower LTE, as if there was no LTE+. Both have 12 Mpx cameras and that is enough; Samsung takes slightly better photos. Face ID is wonderful. The batteries last a similar amount of time. On Samsung screens, the black is perfect, but the white is yellowish; on the iPhone it is the opposite: white is perfect, but the black is lacking a bit, but that is just how Amoled and Tft screens are. I tried launching various applications simultaneously and believe me: they launch equally fast. I do not know what to recommend, buy spontaneously and you will be satisfied with both anyway. Cheers.

I am disappointed with the battery life. It is impossible to write a text message smoothly when the phone is connected to the cable. The glass casing is a nightmare for people working in places other than an office. No possibility of using a memory card. Very weak signal (I live in a large city). The camera is very poor. Often notifications are not audible and information about a message arriving on Messenger is not displayed, and only when I enter the application do I find out that I have a message. Maps are much worse than in other smartphones, but once something is set, it navigates well. This is the least user-friendly phone among several others that I have had. For me, it is not worth even half of its price. Perhaps it contains technical details (features) that I do not need and other people will appreciate. A phone is meant to be used for contact, and this basic role is difficult to achieve.

A phone for a senior for 2,500 PLN. What works - works very fast, namely the phone, Facebook, and Instagram (a big plus!). Other than that, very limited functionality, for example, a camera with great optics that cannot remember the preferred photo format, and lacks the professional mode present for a decade in every Chinese Android device. You cannot even arrange icons freely on the home screen; you have access to the only "correct" way of using a payment card via NFC (Apple Pay) - which in turn forces the use of biometrics or a lock code. You can save a photo from a website to the phone, but not a short video. Generally, everything here is imposed, limited, and inaccessible. You belong to the phone, not the phone to you. Compared to the iPhone, Android phones are full-fledged computers. I tested it for 10 days and returned it to the store.
