As far as I am concerned, this phone is a failure. The cameras may be good, but the device experienced significant lagging even on iOS 18. The worst aspect is the durability ? the phone literally shattered after falling on a carpet. The battery performance was also a failure: from the very beginning, I had to charge this phone approximately three times a day. I do not recommend it.

The best phone I have had; after almost 2 years of use, it still works excellently. Very good photos in all conditions. And iOS, which is significantly better than Android; those who have tried it know.

The phone is already 4 years old and instead of slowing down, it works better and receives more and more new features. Most old reviews are no longer relevant due to numerous system updates. I will say that the battery after 4 years of use has degraded to 79% of its maximum capacity, but it still lasts the whole day; it is worth mentioning that the phone was mainly used for social media and was charged only inductively with a 12w charger (even now, when most of my friends have Android phones with 65w chargers, mine seems to charge faster). The camera is not particularly important to me, but if I want to take a nice photo, this phone simply takes it and I do not have to use any pro modes or change settings because the software is clever enough to do it for me. Applications are probably the most important advantage of iOS over Android for me; specifically, every application available on both systems works significantly better on iOS and has more features or the same features but much better organized. Notifications and focus modes are also, in my opinion, a superiority of iOS over Android due to how well these two things are integrated, allowing for work comfort and focus on what is needed without distraction at any time of the day. The built-in speakers are, in my opinion, better than in flagships from other companies from the same year or price level. The keyboard is one of the two things I do not like about this phone, but it is not a disaster; you can get used to it after years. The Lightning port is the second thing I do not like because it is so outdated; slow USB 2.0 causes me great frustration when transferring files to a computer, and the durability of Lightning cables forced me to use a MagSafe charger (I do not know if it is only my problem, but regardless of whether the cable was original or not, it failed on average after a month of use). The build quality could be better in my opinion because after a few drops (with a case and hydrogel film), I noticed a crack at the frame joint on the right edge of the phone, even though the frame is not even scratched and the glass is not broken anywhere. Overall, I recommend the phone.

I have had this phone for over 2 years and I find that it is still a very good device. I have no problem with normal daily use, the photos are very good to me (it is not a professional camera) and the quality is better than in the Samsung S21 (my work phone). The battery lasts up to 1 day depending on usage, such as: calling, texting, social media, email, etc. I do not have a problem with this phone overheating like with the Samsung; my son has the same 256GB model and as a teenager, he says it is excellent. I am not changing it because I am not a fan of "higher numbers" and as an ordinary user, it is sufficient for me. Banking applications, email, Office, and other office apps work and do not freeze. It connects to a computer without any problems, and the system is very intuitive for me. I have equipped my family with Apple devices and no one looks for new Android phones anymore. I am satisfied and I recommend it.

Phone-disaster. Completely not for a woman's hand, additionally Face ID is not effective when you are skiing; if you get lost in the mountains, it is snowing, and you are wearing goggles and a helmet, Face ID is a mistake and the entire display is a screen... So, unlocking and writing are a disaster, the functions and shortcuts have also been changed and everything is based on touch and gestures. I miss the old iPhones and I understand that technology is moving forward, but this is no longer the same iPhone.

To Greg
You can cover the camera on the iPhone. FaceID works without it. Moreover, regarding the issue of surveillance, Android bears more responsibility in this case (just like Google).
The phone itself is excellent.
