The main camera is unable to focus the image; the camera has been useless from the start. This is not due to dirty optics but rather to defects. The rest is even satisfactory, but for me, it is a worthless product without a camera. I bought it from a Chinese seller, so there was no support or willingness to help. I have a low-quality device for reading and I had to buy something else with good support from a store. My tolerance for risky purchases has reached its limit; enough of poor-quality items.

Cubot Note 20 Pro purchased on AliExpress in November 2020, (delivery from Poland 3 days) is used until today (27.06.2024). I have not had any trouble with this phone, Wi-Fi and NFC work, it fits well in the hand, no application has caused a problem, the battery is quite strong - I charge it every evening, I use YouTube a lot. Minus - it is poor sound quality. However, it was not purchased for listening to music. A few days ago the usb-C was damaged and the battery stopped working at the same time. The cost of replacing the port was 120 zł. The battery was purchased later in 2022, currently I am using the battery purchased with the phone.

After almost 6 years (!) of use, I have to change my opinion from neutral to positive because the very large memory (8GB / 128GB) was a huge advantage of this phone. Another advantage was the excellent processor, which handled my million applications. Among the annoying drawbacks, I can mention the removal of permissions for applications like Avast Mobile Security, Avast Cleanup, and Yanosik – they literally had to be restored every day :-D I would not be parting with this phone if it had not started turning itself off whenever someone called and the battery level was at 25%. I am now moving to a higher shelf: Samsung Galaxy S25FE and we will see which one will be better :-)
