This worthless device freezes .... It operates slowly etc. My car from 1997 runs better than this low-quality product. I really do not recommend it...

The phone is like a mother-in-law, it freezes all the time. I dropped it in a sandbox, and since then it starts up like a TDI. Incidentally, they have something in common, because black smoke comes out of both. When I wanted to call my son, a person from the Pentagon answered. The phone crackles more than your mother.

I do NOT recommend Doogee V20!!! In my Doogee V20, after about 4 months of normal use, a red dot/diode appeared on the display, and shortly after that, the fingerprint reader and the back screen stopped working correctly (they worked intermittently), and the phone would turn off by itself. I contacted the seller: Smartfon_DOOGEE, who ordered me to send the smartphone to Słubice, where it was supposed to be repaired. I sent the phone at my own expense (18 PLN) to the indicated address. I received the phone back, but when I checked both IMEI numbers and the MEID number of the phone, it turned out they were not the same as in the phone I sent for repair. Furthermore, I did not receive any document confirming what exactly was repaired/replaced. The seller does not want to return my smartphone, nor the money, nor provide me with documents confirming what was repaired. The seller has disappeared from the portal where I made the purchase. Moreover, there is no security in this smartphone! You just need to connect a USB cable to a locked smartphone and a computer to have access to all data on the phone and the SD card. I wonder how it is in other models?

I do not recommend it. After the first month, the phone turns itself off and freezes very frequently. When I want to make a call, there is a problem, and this happens very often when trying to start it. The battery lasts a maximum of three days, even with minimal use. The screen often malfunctions; it is the worst phone I have ever had. To turn it on, you have to try about twenty times. This is a disaster, not a phone; I advise against buying this phone.

I have a Doogee V20 and it performs well. I have had it for almost 2 years.
