I have owned the phone for about 3 years. During this period, it was frequently serviced and often stopped responding. The battery, motherboard, camera, digitizer, and software were replaced most often. The service department was very good. However, since the warranty expired, the phone functioned for six months, after which, for no reason (no impact, liquid damage, shock, frost, or heat), it simply turned off and will not turn on. Overall, the smartphone is very prone to failure. I will not purchase another device from this company and I do not recommend it to anyone. Regarding the advantages: during the two-year warranty, the service department repaired it without issues.

I have had this phone since August 2019 and I am still using it (with the original battery). After the warranty expired, almost everything broke; the repair cost 350 PLN. The microphone, speaker, buzzer, and camera (I did not replace the camera because it was not available for purchase). Now I need to replace the battery, camera, and charging port. It truly is resistant to drops. It gets very hot. It often does not receive video from cameras. Only the chat is visible, and the image is static. After four years of use, it looks like new.
