I agree with the opinion above. The software is of extremely poor quality!!!

I have had this phone for some time. Approximately one year... After 3 months, the charging port broke, and the camera cannot focus... This is my first and last purchase from this company.

I have had it for three years and unfortunately I agree with the previous commenters, i.e. the phone is decent, but the software is poor. I do not agree that the phone restarts "for no reason" – in my case it often restarts in my pocket because the lock button is pressed too easily, and holding it for a few seconds causes a restart. Unfortunately, it is a fact that applications crash too often, it takes too long to turn on after starting/restarting, and above all, the camera: A DISASTER – focusing is not only a struggle, but sometimes no matter what I do, it fails. Not at all. Among the niche negatives at the end, the GPS and gyroscope(?): after a year of use, the phone began to "catch" me with an accuracy acceptable for navigation, but unacceptable for drawing maps + it does not show the direction it is facing and has problems with orientation ("fortunately" I no longer have time for games like "marbles")...
To end on a positive note: the durability impresses me. If someone attacks me in a dark alley, I will be able to hit them with it. ;) Overall, the phone for undemanding clumsy people with large hands is really okay! Seriously, when I switch phones, I would give it to my grandmother if I believed she could hold it comfortably in her hands.
In summary: because my phones extremely often hit the concrete, I will probably look for something from the same line during the next replacement, but with positive opinions about the camera from users... So I will probably eventually buy something completely different with regret... we will see

The phone is heavy but rugged, which allowed it to survive several falls onto concrete or stones. Unfortunately, after more than a year of use, I know that I would not buy it a second time. Despite the IP68 rating, water recently entered through the opening near the rear camera and caused a short circuit on the motherboard. The phone indeed has a tendency to restart for no reason. The cameras are a failure; compared to the old Xperia X, it lags far behind. The only advantage is the battery, which easily lasts for two days. The sound is not great, but it is clear.

Hello. I have owned it for two years. Nothing has ever happened to it. Everything operates smoothly all the time. It has fallen many times in the garage onto concrete and in other locations. There are a few dents. You only need to be careful with the charging port; do not insert the charging connector at an angle.

I have it and I do not recommend it. It is certainly rugged, but the software is a failure. It freezes, messages arrive after several hours, and MMS does not work. 2 times in repair and still the same.
