Ann, please look at the photos. The slider that turns on the flashlight is on the right edge of the phone. Move it up, don't press it down.

Correctly:
1. Purchase a suitable memory card.
2. Open the case.
3. Insert the memory card into the correct slot.
4. Close the case.
