This phone is soo bad , it really annoys me whenever it starts freezing and takes time to turn on , I think Hisense should just discontinue this shit I'm disappointed

Hi my phone it's freezing expecially after receiving a call it went blank on screen and I can't even use fingerprint and calls are coming in evening massages but it doesn't open, it go back on after 10 to 15 hours what should I do with this it's I did buy it in September its Hisense E60 Model: HLTE236E
