Honor Magic6 Pro supports inductive charging at 66 W. Note – an inductive charger is an accessory that is rarely included in the phone package. If you want to use this type of charging, you need to purchase a separate device. The phone can also be charged with a wired charger up to 80 W.

The second camera has 180MP and not 108MP according to the specifications I have seen.
And even 200. Thank you for pointing this out. Regards. (jf)

I have been using this smartphone for 3 weeks; it is truly fast and efficient, and it takes great photos, but it is still just a smartphone! Slightly overrated. Switching from the Huawei P50 Pro, which I gave to my wife. Bought in Germany [...]. The battery is excellent - it lasts 2 days. The screen is superb, the photos are okay, but they are not particularly impressive compared to the P50 Pro. It is worth 1000 euros, but is it worth more? A matter of taste. Quite slippery, difficult to type with one hand; the only drawback I noticed is that the ? symbol does not work on other launchers! Overall, a good quality-to-price ratio. But not for 6 thousand as in our country!

I see 4 lenses but only 3 are described. I have the 6 Pro. Everyone writes about the advantages, so I will highlight:
- photos with the parameters it possesses. A huge sensor for a telephoto lens in a phone ;). Even after cropping, it will not be smaller than in most of the competition, unfortunately, you cannot overcome the limitations of optics.
cons:
- rounded screen edges - the applied film lasted a week, currently it is completely scratched. Difficulty in finding truly protective glass.
- microphone hole near the SIM card tray - a self-proclaimed expert already tried to open it.
- photos with larger zooms look poor, especially in difficult conditions (take a photo of the moon at an actual 2.5x zoom and compare it with larger ones - the difference is an invention of AI).
- updates - what am I writing about, this topic does not apply to this model.
- messages sent without Polish characters.
- weak battery in use (normal for me, for others it might be intensive: active 5G transmission, location, AOD, sometimes HotSpot). Today's exceptional data (holidays): 1h 5min of screen-on time, 44% battery = 7h 23min of projected operation. My 5-year-old OPPO achieved as much. In reality, it will last 2 days if one limits oneself, but then one could buy something cheaper.
- large screen - too large for my hands.
- photographic Pro mode is inconvenient, night mode does not allow for exposure correction.
- huge vignette on night photos.

Today I would probably consider the Pixel 9 Pro more, or even the old Pixel 8 Pro (the size would still be an issue here, but the design is nicer for me). I bought it for the photos and I am missing a little. Personally, I would have provided a set of lenses: 12 mm, 24 mm, 50 mm, and 100 mm with large 50 Mpx sensors, or approximately 16, 33, 66, 130 mm. In most phones, three-times magnifications are available due to the number of pixels. Unfortunately, due to their size (of the pixels), they are indeed limited to the best cameras with truly large sensors and good glass.

I have been using it since the beginning of March 2024. It was bought in Germany, via mail order of course, from the official Honor store with an inductive and a wall charger. Speaking of which, I find that these two chargers work great together; the 66W inductive one shows this on the screen and charges to full in up to 50 minutes, while the wall charger alone takes about 40 minutes. What can I say about the general use after about 4 months? The phone is excellent. I switched from a Huawei p30 Pro. The battery is very durable; with my usage, it lasts an average of one and a half days. Initially, I had a problem with a third-party launcher because I have always used nova Launcher. It would not work because the recent apps square button was not functioning. After an update a month later, it was fixed. It takes fantastic photos. Sometimes I have trouble with macro shots to get perfect focus, and it warms up a bit if the camera is left on for too long; you can feel it on the glass. The only drawback is the price; it cost me a bit over 4,000 PLN after the euro exchange rate. Compared to the Polish price, it is a massive difference because here it was around 6,000 PLN at the same time after the premiere, around April. There is really nothing to complain about; monthly updates correct any slight inconveniences. The display is bright, and both the light and proximity sensors work excellently. I have the refresh rate set to the standard setting, so I am not changing anything. In conclusion, I can say it is worth its price for the overall package.

I often change Android phones. One of the best I have owned and used for the longest time was the last Mate from Huawei with Google services. It was such a complete phone, like an iPhone on Android. Later, I used a Pixel and the entire Galaxy Ultra series; they are great phones, but there was no wow effect until I switched to the Magic6 Pro. This phone has a very good screen, not as striking as the one in the Ultra series because it is curved, but technically it is top-tier.
Sound is top-tier; it sounds like the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Battery is top-tier. From the morning until 10 PM, with my typical usage, it remains at 60%. (for example, I charged the Note 20 Ultra twice a day with similar usage)
The cameras are great, although the night mode was better on the S23 Ultra, but that was more a matter of firmware.
Overall, it is like a return to the old excellent Huawei devices, such a complete phone; perhaps it is not perfect compared to the competition because they also have their features, but they are not equal. Here, all the best elements are gathered into one device.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks. I change phones often and experiment, and if it were not for the curved screen edges, it would be perfect. Generally, in my opinion, this is like Huawei from the good old days when they dominated the competition in every respect; this Honor does the same today. The screen, speakers, cameras, customization options, battery life, and build quality are all excellent. The best feature is the perfectly functioning face id! It works just like on an iphone, it is the first android device I have encountered with such effective face id. All previous ones only simulated it. The Pixel 9 pro xl already had biometric face id functions, but unfortunately, in slightly worse lighting, it stopped working; here, it can be in complete darkness and it will work just like on an iphone. Impressive! The 7 pro is expected to have a flat screen; if they do not spoil anything, it will be the perfect phone.

Positive opinion

Obiektywnie

I have had the phone for over half a year. Switching from Huawei P30 Pro was a very positive move. It is a truly worthy successor. There is no need to write at length; the phone excels in every category one can think of. It is simply "the best at everything". The screen, speakers, cameras, battery, performance, and AI implementation are outstanding... Unfortunately, the dimensions and weight of the phone can be bothersome; it does not fit easily in pockets, and in jeans, you have to take the phone out of your pocket when sitting down. In sweatpants, it can feel heavy, and without closable pockets, it will fall out almost every time when getting out of a car. I am not writing about ergonomics because it is logical that this is a phone for people with large hands. In summary, this is the only feature that can be annoying in daily use. Everything else is a masterpiece.

I am speaking as a devoted Samsung fan since the S3 LTE version. This year, I switched to the Honor Magic 6 Pro from the Samsung Galaxy S20+.

Samsung has unfortunately fallen significantly behind, hence the decision to change to something else.

The most notable advantages of the Honor for me are the excellent display, the superb set of cameras, and the phenomenal battery with equally phenomenal fast charging.

Among the disadvantages, which are quite important to me, there is unfortunately poor ergonomics caused by the massive camera island and the significant weight of the device, but I believe it is a matter of adjustment. Certainly, this disadvantage is outweighed by the multitude of advantages. :)

A great smartphone from the build quality to the camera.
In short, pros and cons:

+ Camera (among the top 3 best cameras in a smartphone).
+ Snapdragon 8 gen 3 provides high performance (every application or game runs smoothly).
+ Magic OS adopts the best features from other major brands.
+ Build quality and appearance.

- In Europe, only the 12 GB RAM version is available (although this is not a significant disadvantage as 12 GB performs excellently in daily use).
- The phone heats up during prolonged use of the Nintendo Swich emulator (fortunately, it is sufficient to purchase a cooling fan at a low cost).

12/512 GB, 5600 mAh 2nd generation silicon-carbon battery. These are the details on my phone under the "device information" option. 200 Mpx camera. Now about the usage: Everything is excellent so far, exactly like in Huawei, and the camera is exceptional for a phone. For me, everything is better and smoother than in the Samsung s 23 ultra. If it were not for this curved screen, it would be more than excellent. However, it is a matter of individual preference; it does not bother me, but...
