It did not receive a new Android, it is only a graphic overlay, Android 10 has probably not been updated on this phone for 2 years. The battery actually lasts all day, but after 4 years it already freezes.

I have owned this Huawei model for a year and it still works very smoothly, the battery easily lasts a whole day with very intensive use, I think it will serve me well for a long time yet:)

I have been using the Mate 10 Pro since 2017. It was an expensive phone at the time. After 6 years, I can confidently say that it is worth every zloty spent on it. For 4.5 years, it was my primary phone. For the first time in my life, I have used one and the same phone for so long (usually it was a year to two years at most). It is no longer my primary phone because I needed a powerful multifunctional device for work to replace a laptop. But...... my work requires me to have 3 smartphones (for convenience and speed of response). So half a year ago I bought a second, used Mate 10 Pro. It was expensive for a five year old smartphone, but...... it was worth it again. Let my decision to buy a second Mate in a row, after years of using this model, be my opinion of this still excellent device????

I bought my Mate 10 Pro in 2017. I still have it. Technically, I cannot complain about it- I am more bored with it than it has stopped working. The fact is that I only have data transfer turned on when I am using it, location is turned off, and Bluetooth too. Charging with such use was every 3-4 days. Now, after 6 years, I use it with a watch so Bluetooth is on, and data transfer is on more often. I charge it every 1-1,5 days. Sometimes, after swiping a finger across the screen, it looks as if I am drawing a neon line that disappears immediately. When I write an email through the web browser, the writing sometimes freezes. It is only because of this that I am looking for a new phone, which must also be a top tier professional model.

The best touchscreen phone I have ever owned. I have been using it for five years now and no issues have occurred. It is understandable that it has slowed down slightly due to the massive amount of files I have, but that does not bother me. Overall 5/5, I do not regret the money spent because it was not wasted. As long as it continues to function, I will keep it and I will certainly not give it to anyone or sell it; we have been through so much together that I will not simply part with it. Even though it is a Chinese brand, I do not believe it performs worse than other brands; I even think it is better than others, such as Samsung etc. I highly recommend it; best regards.

I have had the Huawei Mate 10 Pro for eight years. A very good phone. If only I could, I would buy a new one just like it. Congratulations to the manufacturer. 6 RAM, 128GB. I will not sell it. I will use it as long as everything is fine. At the moment, everything is in order.

I am changing it tomorrow after 5 years of use. Overall, I do not have much to complain about, but technology has advanced and it is time for a change. It works smoothly, and the battery still manages to last a day. Good phone.

I have had it for 8 years and I would have kept it even longer, but after so many years it has started to malfunction. I can say only one thing: the phone is first class, I have never had a better one.
