Either I received a defective unit or something is wrong, after a few days a black screen, no backlight, 2 weeks in service, they installed new software, it worked for a few days and again the same thing.

...I was reminded of an identical situation where a salesperson at a certain store expressed extreme praise, telling me marketing myths about a smartphone that turned out to be a useless product of poor quality, which ended up in a container for electronic waste. Being a civilized person, I did not go to the local garbage bin. To provide evidence, as a person who does not have special requirements for smartphones, despite general criticism of these devices, I purchased the INFINIX NOTE 30 model. The only weak point of all INFINIX smartphone models is the poor and feeble sound. The "SOUND BY JBL" inscription on the casing is simply a poor joke. The situation is saved by listening through a Bluetooth speaker. Listening with headphones, although the sound quality improves significantly, is too tiring for me.

Despite the IPS matrix; I also have no reason to complain or express dissatisfaction. I consider the 8/256 capacity to be satisfactory. The charger power and charging time also provide no reason for complaint.

I have owned this smartphone for about 5 months and have not noticed any operational delays or phone freezes even when opening several applications at once. Therefore, in this regard, I have no reason for complaints or grumbling.

The sales set is impressive, where in addition to the smartphone we receive a charger, a back case for the smartphone, and earphones (which can serve as backup earphones due to their modest sound quality). A tempered glass or film is included for the display. The 6.78 inch display itself works perfectly when using video calling applications or even ...watching movies, without using a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

INFINIX has the potential to become a decent budget or mid range device, and for less affluent people, it is a sensible choice despite certain technical imperfections. However, one should not forget the price of this specific Infinix model, where for an amount of approximately 700 PLN (rounded); we receive truly a lot, and the device itself is not one of those archaic budget products of poor quality.

In summary; if you do not expect unnecessary fancy features but a regular smartphone, I see no reason to complain or express dissatisfaction.

Purchased on sale for 999 PLN, 8/128GB, after one day of use I will say this much: Signal reception is very good, VoLTE and WiFi calling work correctly, and call quality is flawless. Calls are not accidentally terminated by the ear! The system runs fast; there are some minor translation errors, but they will likely not be bothersome in daily use. The bloatware does not take up much space, and these applications can be disabled and hidden. The AMOLED screen displays well, but personally, I believe it tires the eyes more than an LCD; scrolling white text on a black background can be very straining for the eyes :) While playing PUBG, the phone became slightly lukewarm. It switches between applications quickly and does not terminate them. The camera is standard (better photos than in the Xiaomi RN8T), with no Macro mode and no PRO mode. The flashlight on the back is very intense, as is the one on the front. The included case is average, and without it, the grip on the phone is quite insecure. The charger is included; 33W charging is acceptable. NFC is present. I have not found anything better for this price.

Do not buy this phone, it is the second day after my warranty claim. It was supposedly repaired by the service center but it freezes, turns off, does not start after entering the correct PIN, then asks for the PUK code, apps do not work and tomorrow I am returning it for another repair. I do not know who writes the reviews about this phone, I have had it for over a month. It was in repair for 3 weeks, bought at Media Expert, and I was persuaded to buy it, I needed an inexpensive phone for work in the 700-1000 PLN range and the gentleman stated that it is the best phone, has the best specifications, but in reality, I was cheated and my rights to get the money back or exchange the phone for another model will take I do not know how long.
I sympathize, but you did not necessarily have to be cheated. It is possible that you simply had the misfortune of getting a faulty unit. Please try the paths provided by the sales regulations, and as a last resort - if the claims are justified - you can try to return it with the help of the regional consumer ombudsman's office. I bought an Infiniti phone, but after using it for a short time, everything on the phone starts to freeze. I returned to the RTV euro AGD store where I bought it, and they keep sending it back and forth to the SBE Polska service center. The service center constantly claims that the phone is working correctly, even though before each shipment of the smartphone to them, an RTV euro AGD employee confirms that the touchscreen freezes during every possible activity; therefore, it is clear that the SBE Polska service center is not fulfilling its obligations. It has already been sent to them six times, and it is always the same story. I do not recommend this smartphone because if anything happens, it will end up at the same service center, and you should not expect them to repair it.

For a price up to 1000 zlotys, there is no better phone. Calls and signal are flawless. AMOLED display, MTK Helio 99 is adequate, 8GB of RAM, a fairly good main camera and a 5000 battery with fast charging. The build quality of the phone itself is a big advantage. The only downside I noticed is the lack of 5G. It is manageable. I recommend the phone to those who need a high quality device and for whom another person is still more important than an electronic partner.

There are constant problems with the phone. I have been using it for two months, and it has issues, for example, with using certain applications and background software (e.g., MicroG). The biggest problem with the phone is frequent freezes, errors, and battery issues: after only two months of use, I had a charging problem similar to the one I experienced with a Xiaomi after three years. I do not recommend it.

And I bought an Infinix 6525 for 300 PLN and I do not see a difference compared to the previous Motorola for 850 PLN, everything works very well.

The smartphone is satisfactory, it is suitable for the internet and for gaming. Security updates from March 2023.
