I am having trouble answering calls on the Smartvision 3 phone. I can only answer calls using the touchscreen. According to the manual, calls can be answered using keys 0 through 9 or the key with the square symbol. Unfortunately, this does not work for me. The first time, I performed a factory reset and it worked. After some time, the problem returned, and performing a factory reset is no longer effective.
