Low call volume, a complicated menu, and fragility are the main disadvantages of this phone, and they are unacceptable in a product for seniors. It is a waste of money.

The phone is of very poor quality. I am using it because it happened to come into my possession and I do not want to buy anything else. The menu is hopeless, unintuitive, and difficult to read, and the way data is managed in this phone is a failure. Old Nokia phones were much simpler and more functional. It is definitely not for elderly people. This is especially true for those with arthritis or rheumatism because the side unlock button is very inconvenient even for a healthy person. A positive aspect is that, in my opinion, it is very loud regarding both ringtones and calls.

I recommend it, it has many features ( a large screen, a clear keypad layout or a speakerphone mode) that allow seniors to operate it quickly and easily.
