I bought this phone in November 2022. Having previously owned Lumia series phones (640 and 950) that I was delighted with, I thought the phone would be of similar quality. Fast and reliable like its predecessors. I was wrong. The phone often freezes and gets lost in applications during multitasking. The components are outdated and stop functioning properly even when Discord and Instagram are turned on simultaneously. This would be bearable if it were not for the greatest problem of this phone, which is precisely the two screens and the fact that they behave unpredictably. When opening the phone, it frequently refuses to turn on. It does not react to anything. Only on the second or third attempt does it finally light up. And once it lights up, the left and right screens tend to turn off at random. Even when using both screens, they tend to turn off, turn on for 2 seconds, and turn off again, only to switch on and off alternately after a moment. Sometimes I was writing a message on the right screen and the right screen decided to turn off, and when I started writing on the left, it turned off the left and turned on the right. The phone has never been dropped or anything of that sort. It is no wonder that when Bill Gates was asked what phone he uses, he answered Samsung Fold 4. Because owning this phone, which costs 2000 PLN, one does not feel like an owner of a high-end phone, but like a beta tester.
