Nokia 150

Technical specifications

The Nokia 150 phone has been used by my grandmother for about 5 years (I bought it for her myself). The price was not proportionate to the features. Some cheaper phones support MMS and have a simple browser, while this model does not. Besides that, it was good for calling at first, but now the speaker has started to fail slightly (in my grandmother's previous phone, the Nokia 6303 Classic, there was no such problem). Another problem is the small buttons; my grandmother has small hands, and despite this, she sometimes presses more than one button. Also, the casing gets scratched, though not excessively. Unfortunately, it is clear that this is not the Nokia we remember. However, after all this time, the phone still works, does not slow down, makes calls, sends text messages, etc.

We are planning to buy my grandmother a new phone, either a Nokia 6300 4G or a Nokia 150 2020.

This phone lacks a timer, which I used very frequently on my old Nokia 1600. There is only an alarm and a reminder, but it is not the same thing. The reminder is extremely quiet and basically useless for that reason. Additionally, if it stops ringing and you do not have the phone with you, it does not inform you in any way that the reminder went off. On the Nokia 1600, it also stopped ringing after some time, but the screen would flash periodically, and that often saved me from trouble.
