Technical specifications

The phone itself is good. My model (NOKIA 21G) takes quite decent photos. The downside, however, is the lack of resistance to low temperatures. A cold wind is enough for the screen to freeze. I do not know yet whether it is the fault of the original film or the phone itself. Indoors, it responds perfectly.

There is still no update to Android 12. I read on their website that it is already available, but in reality, it is not.

I have had the phone for a year and a half, so I will share my opinion:
- The earpiece speaker became extremely quiet after just a few months (conversations are almost inaudible).
- Opening more than one application results in the phone freezing.
- The phone freezes when I attempt to answer a call.
- Recently, it has been impossible to do anything on it; even simple applications like Telegram or Messenger cause the phone to freeze and close the application to the home screen.
- Watching a simple reel on Instagram is out of the question.
- The photos are average (but I do not take many, so I will not comment further).
In general, I bought the phone for calling and for basic applications such as Maps, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube. After a year, the phone stopped functioning properly, and now, after a year and a half, it is only suitable for charging (the battery is the only advantage – it continues to perform well so far). Ironically, my old Nokia from almost 20 years ago still allows calling and texting, which the current one has trouble with :)

Hello, N G21, generally no major complaints, but in my smartphone after 2 years of use the speaker failed, the battery also swelled, and as a result the back - battery cover detached. Problem with original battery availability - missing in wholesalers, repair cost? is it worth repairing? there was no explosion, but gases accumulated in the foil - battery. The warranty has expired and the smartphone is no longer functional. Repair costs may exceed 50% of the value of a new N G21 smartphone.

The lack of a physical magnetometer makes it impossible to calibrate GPS positioning, for example in Google Maps. Rotating maps on the screen does not work. Applications such as Compass or Stellarium do not work ? terrible, HMD Global!!! :(

The cheaper 3.1 with Android 8 took better photos. Nokia G21 is faster but has a problem with the constant automatic resetting of the quick settings bar after each time the phone is turned off. This is unacceptable.

excellent the best I have had, I compared the photos that the iphone 13 takes and my Nokia and nokia takes 4 times better photos. My brother-in-law was very surprised.

I am satisfied with the Nokia G 21.
