Hello. After a pleasant experience with the OP 7t, I am very disappointed, especially with the camera, which is terrible. The photos are very poor, blurry, not sharp, and lack detail; I could understand this on the wide-angle lens, but it is the same with the standard camera. Zoomed-in photos result in a complete loss of detail. You can zoom in up to 3-5 times, but after that, it is of the lowest possible quality. It is similar with night photography, where there are lens flares from every tiny light source; cleaning the lens helps, but not always, and if you accidentally touch it again, the problem returns. It is a disaster for such a price. This was not the case with the 7t, and generally, the photos were much better in every respect. Other than that, the phone is super fast and responsive, but that does not matter since the camera fails completely. So, if you like taking good photos with your phone, I recommend avoiding this device entirely. I got rid of the OP 8 Pro and stayed with the 7T.

A very nice phone. It takes excellent photos if you know how to use the Pro mode. I do not know of a better camera for photography than this one at this price. As a phone, is it a 7? The screen almost functions as a small tablet. All Android applications work correctly, 5G in my remote location reaches nearly 200mbs. Unfortunately, I am an iPhone user and the 13 has the same parameters, and I can buy three of these for its price. Therefore, I recommend this model, the company, and the quality. If someone is a highly active person constantly looking at their phone, I suggest an airbook or a tablet. A phone is used for calling and the battery lasts for 2 days.

I read a lot before choosing this phone. I have been using flagship models for years, sometimes models from a year ago, but flagships nonetheless. In this case, I was convinced by the praise for the camera, which was said to "not be much inferior to Samsung flagships," and by the performance. I switched from a Galaxy S10+.
Briefly: do not bother with it. This phone does not compare to flagship models. My Huawei Mate 20 pro takes similar photos... but I did not expect that the phone would experience performance delays when quickly opening the camera from the lock screen (you never know if it will work or not) or that the dial pad for numeric entry would not be displayed during calls! The best part is that after a year of being unable to call almost any hotline, it suddenly started working again. I took it on a contract and already after 7 months I was distraught that I would have to use it for so much longer. This is an absolute record. I have just ordered another phone; I do not want to see a OnePlus device ever again.
Pros:
- interesting ideas for security. Applications hidden under a code, different lock screen and application lock codes. Excellent! Whether it works is another matter... applications accessed via a code experienced terrible performance delays.
- during the first year, I was very positively surprised by the battery performance. Fast charging was also extremely fast!
- the phone is indeed durable. It fell several times and naturally cracked, but it still works fine. Once I struck it against the ground myself out of anger. Wow! I had not done that since the times of the Nokia 3210.
I have probably written enough about the cons already. Those reminders that the alarm clock will go off soon are also very irritating to me, or the reminders about unread messages appearing at random moments, which, for example, cause the entire recording on Messenger to disappear. Bravo, excellent!
I chose my next phone based on an AI suggestion. We will see.

I switched from OnePlus 6 to 8 Pro and the phone is excellent in my opinion, especially since I have been using it since the launch and I only intend to switch to the 12, if I even do that. It lacks nothing, including fast charging. I work in a warehouse, I ran over it with an EPT vehicle and it still works, there are no cracks. It has fallen many times. Now I do not even use a screen protector because I have had this phone for already 4 years and what happened? It runs very smoothly, it does not slow down, I have never had any problems, I keep it out of sentiment and because it is reliable.

I have had this phone since yesterday and I truly do not know why people write so negatively about it, it is fast, efficient, and has good, sufficient cameras. A fast charger, it is simply an ideal phone. Perhaps others have high requirements, but for me it is very good. :)
