Description

A smartphone released in early 2024. The front features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The device is IP54 certified and has earned three TÜV Rheinland certifications. The body also includes a microSD card slot and a headphone jack. At its heart is the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra chipset running Android 13, available in 8/256 GB or 12/512 GB configurations. Note that it does not support 5G connectivity. It is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with a 67W fast charger included in the box, capable of charging the phone from 0 to 100% in approximately 44 minutes. The POCO M6 Pro is equipped with a triple rear camera setup: a 64 MP main lens with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2 MP macro sensor. I will say this: I bought this phone as a temporary device and chose the 12/512gb variant. Regarding the screen, it is a very significant advantage of this phone; the 120hz performs very effectively. The cameras are rather average, but it is possible to take a good photograph. The battery lasts long enough and charges quickly. A major disadvantage for me is that, despite the 12gb ram, the interface often freezes, which is somewhat irritating, but at this price, it can be forgiven. Overall, I am satisfied with this phone.

Fast 67W charging, it charges to full in less than an hour. The quality of videos recorded in lower light is unfortunately terrible. Protruding camera lens island, which is unfortunately a common problem in many smartphones. Battery is not impressive. At a price of 1000 PLN in September 2024, it is a very good device if one is aware of the limitations resulting from the relatively low price of the smartphone.

After just a dozen or so minutes I noticed that something is wrong with this phone, my five-year-old Huawei P Smart Pro, although it is not an AMOLED, its battery holds up solidly after five years, and this phone, brand new from the store, already loses 10% after an hour, the battery is depleting very rapidly even though I am using battery saver and only 60Hz instead of 120Hz which I honestly do not notice after turning it on, I am truly truly disappointed.
