I have been using the phone for a year. As far as the operation is concerned, it is flawless; everything works smoothly. After a year, the battery does not even last a single day, and for me, that is the biggest disadvantage of this phone. In my previous Asus phone, which also had a large battery capacity, it lasted for a day after more than two years of use.

Exactly one year and one month and the battery stopped working. Until now it was excellent; after a full day of phone use, as much as 50% of the battery remained. Now it is a disaster, 5 hours and zero. I should mention that the phone is used normally for calls and occasionally during the day for AutoMapa. I visited a phone specialist and he stated that this model has such a characteristic, a maximum of 2 years and the battery must be replaced.

I bought this smartphone two years ago. I thought it would be a good purchase and not just an inferior product. After this time, I state the following:
- the camera is made crookedly. when one looks at the smartphone from the back, it is visible that it is crooked and that is it. It is strange, because it takes straight photos. Does anyone else among you have this as well?
- fast, does not overheat, does not freeze. a plus here
- there is a headphone jack, so I can listen to good music on my Esperanza headphones.
For this money, it is probably the best model on the market, but I do not recommend it.

I was in possession of this device for about a month. Speed is a positive, screen is a positive, performance is a positive, durability is a positive and a great one. The phone is heavy, and I like such phones. Stereo speakers, it is a fact there is a lack of low frequencies, but they are very suitable for multimedia. A problem with the camera, namely - before the update, the camera took beautiful photos, unfortunately after the update, it is a complete tragedy. This is the only thing I can find fault with. To those who have problems with the port or durability. Take minimal care of your devices, and they will serve you. [...]

In POCO, there are frequent problems with the fast charging system, overheating, a white flashing LED and a lack of charging (this occurs in all XIAOMI models), as well as mechanical damage to the charging socket - they are too shallow, which leads to their damage, and the service center rejects warranty claims (mechanical damage). When speaking about POCO and XIAOMI, attention should also be paid to the service center: there is a frequently recurring opinion (which I can confirm myself) about the damaging of devices sent for repair. A phone for 1 year - until the first failure.

I have had it for nearly 5 years, it looks practically like new (but in general I have always taken care of my devices - screen glass, case). The battery still retains its charge to some degree, although I have to charge it quite frequently now. The phone is supported by LineageOS, so at the moment it is still possible to install the latest version of Android on it, although I am still using the official firmware on Android 12 - if the need arises, I will change the software.

Purchased in 2020. It works flawlessly to this day. Fast charging, an excellent feature. The battery lasts like at the beginning- I follow the rule of trying not to discharge below 15 percent. Sometimes it reached zero. Fast processor. Acceptable photos. Typing on the keyboard is excellent. I communicate via instant messengers very often. Sometimes I play. The only downside . At the seaside, I was unable to take a photo of the sunset.

I have been using it for over 2 years. Almost perfect smartphone. It operates very smoothly, the battery still lasts as long as it did when I bought it. The only (for me, serious) downside is the sound in the headphones via Bluetooth - it simply crackles (I have checked it with several headphone models and several music players). There is no sound problem with the cable.

Phone almost perfect. Good battery, does not freeze, no performance interruptions. Decent camera, decent screen.
However, after one of the system updates, a problem appeared with a two-second delay in responsiveness after unlocking the phone (blank screen without icons). Clearing the memory would probably help, but there is no time for that.....

The phone searches for contacts incorrectly when using speed search (via numbers assigned to letters). I have many entries that are simply not found. Where can this be reported so they finally fix this error?

After installing the new MIUI, the phone has slowed down significantly and the battery drains much faster.
