Description

Released in Q1 2025, this smartphone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and holds three TÜV Rheinland certifications, with a peak brightness reaching 3000 nits. Audio is delivered through dual speakers with Dolby Atmos technology. At its heart is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset running Android 14, available in 8/256GB or 12/512GB configurations. Hello. After 4 years of owning an LG velvet which is still doing perfectly, a switch to poco. I watched and read a lot about the x7 beforehand and everything is working out positively. I wanted a slightly lighter phone, but the Motorola models I am interested in are prone to failure (various things happen to them). I definitely wanted a device with a curved screen. Previously there was LTE, velvet and now poco x7. I think I have already tested and configured most things on the phone and I am satisfied. There are advertisements, quite a few of them. I removed those that could be removed. I think that if I had to choose again right now, it would be the pocox7. However, I would pay an additional 50? and get 12 GB of RAM. I found one with a charger. I recommend it from my side.

Perhaps with an update, POCO will provide the option to connect an external DAC. Ads can be disabled, but it would be desirable if there were such an option in the menu in a single location, rather than in various applications. The phone has everything an average user requires. A request to the manufacturer to offer a device with a 6.0 or 5.9-inch screen with IP68, fast charging, and a camera with OIS.

Original chargers are either unavailable or one must buy replacements, and such chargers do not always work efficiently. This is an invention of the unpleasant European Union.
