Technical specifications

When the realme c21y phone fell on the floor, the entire glass was shattered (I had a protective glass), and in a redmi without a protective glass, nothing happened. Therefore, I do not recommend it.

I used the phone for 2 years. The battery lasts very well, and I am very positively surprised by it. 2 days with the use of Bluetooth and data transmission is a good result. I dropped the phone many times and nothing happened to it; the fact is that I have a protective case on it and a screen protector, but there is zero damage to its housing. As for the fluidity of use, it is clear that it is not a very fast device. I played some games and overall everything worked smoothly without any performance stuttering. The display is very good. Even on sunny days, it was easy to look at it and everything was readable. A small downside is the long charging time, about +/- 3 hours to charge it, which was a bit inconvenient, but generally, I always have access to a charger, whether a regular one or a car charger, so it did not bother me much. The housing is very solid, with zero scratches or chips. It never lost signal, neither cellular nor GPS. Surprisingly, at my workplace, I had better reception than a Samsung device, so that is a significant advantage. Overall, the phone is very good and I can definitely recommend it. Regards.

I have had this phone for 3 years, and now I am starting the 4th. The charging has completely failed; it can charge for 5 hours and reach only forty some percent. Tragedy. The battery lasts sufficiently. 100% is enough for about 2 days of use. There is little memory, but as long as one does not install or play games, it is sufficient. The device has fallen many times; I have the tempered glass slightly cracked, but the phone is intact. Which in my case is not obvious. The phone heats up during charging. It has a very weak camera. Every photo, and even more so every video, is a terrible "pixelation". It is not suitable for photos. Well, it is not the best phone, but at this price one cannot have higher requirements. It lasts a long time, 3 years in my case, but it is now time to replace it.

It worked well for a few months, but then problems started. It freezes, runs slowly, heats up quickly, drains the battery fast, and when someone calls me, the name or number is often not displayed, and it is even impossible to answer. The advantages are a good quality camera and durability.

After 4 months the phone stopped working, meaning the cellular network stopped functioning and it does not read any SIM card. These cards work on another phone. The phone was not dropped and nothing else happened to it.

Contrary to what is stated here, this phone most definitely has a fingerprint scanner.

There is no reason to complain - except for notifications that often do not show up despite all options being correctly enabled.
