I have owned this phone since December of last year and I have not even been disappointed by it. Previously, I owned a barely functioning Huawei P9 Lite, which was already smashed and had a leaking screen. Initially, when I received it, it had MIUI 12.5, but yesterday I received the update to MIUI 13 after a long wait. I have it in blue, along with the included case. Games run on it without any problem, thanks to Game Turbo. Previously, I thought about purchasing a Motorola One Vision, but I chose Redmi because it was relatively inexpensive; my father has a black Redmi Note 9 Pro with a black case, and my mother also has a Redmi, but it is a Note 10 Pro with MIUI 13.
Zalety:
- 64 Mpx camera;
- Battery with good endurance;
- Attractive system overlay;
- Android 11 (Red Velvet Cake) with the possibility of updating to version 12 (Snow Cone);
- 128 GB memory;
- Fast charging via the micro USB type C port.
Wady:
- The camera glass cracks easily from a fall;
- Some colors have a glass back, prone to cracking as a result of a fall.
But despite the disadvantages, I still recommend the Redmi Note 10S for people who want a simple and inexpensive smartphone to operate.

As a somewhat unhappy owner of this model, I can certainly say that thanks to the Redmi Note 10s, I will never buy a phone from Xiaomi and its affiliates again. While the build and components themselves cannot be complained about as they are decent, and the battery still has about 30 -40% in the evening with my intensive use (I have owned the phone for 1.5 years), the software itself is significantly flawed. Bugs, application freezes, the "phone" application can crash, and I even happened to call a different person than intended twice, even though the contact for the correct person was displayed on the screen. Factory settings do not help, and after the update to Android 12, the number of bugs increased. The proximity sensor can malfunction during calls, resulting in launching applications with my ear, and even worse, attempts to invite other people to the conversation. Sometimes you can tap on the screen and wait for the phone to finally respond because it does not react. The camera is also not among the best and takes mediocre quality photos, very washed out of colors, or on the other hand, with terribly excessive sharpening. In high-contrast situations, it fails completely. Overall, the phone as a device is fine, but the software makes the frustration endless.

I do not have high requirements for a phone, just browsing the internet, calling, messaging, or listening to YT. I was more concerned with its size because I have small hands, which is why I chose this model. I have been using it for over a year and I will never buy a phone from this brand again - to make the WiFi work, you have to move around the entire apartment, LTE coverage is very difficult to obtain, it freezes or turns off randomly, and the same applies to the double-tap screen wake function. It only shows new emails when it is accidentally unlocked, sometimes even after an hour, and this is not due to the email settings. There are no Messenger notifications either, even though the settings of the app itself have been checked in every possible way. The audibility of the caller on the speakerphone while driving is almost nonexistent, and holding the phone to the ear activates many unnecessary functions. A disaster, I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have had this "device" for two months as a work phone. In that time, it has frozen three times (once it was a black screen, but after holding down the power button, it showed the power options...). The interface lags if I play a video in the browser, and the phone can "make life difficult" with sudden changes in settings - recently it enabled some trivia images on the lock screen, even though I have had a static image set from the start. I will not mention the bloatware and omnipresent advertisements, which can only be partially removed. As for the camera - I have no opinion. For me, a phone camera is a "device for taking simple photos" of cats and squirrels in the park. For proper photographs, I use a camera. Overall - I do not recommend it, because even compared to the Xperia XZ Premium I use, this phone is unrefined. The only advantage is the large display, which performs quite well even in bright sunlight.

I have been using it for 3 years. It is still holding up well; I have dropped it many times, and the only part I replaced was the main lens. Sometimes it would not focus due to physical damage. Currently, I have matte "glass" on it, which is likely a hard plastic with the thickness of standard tempered glass. I use it very intensively. At the end of the day, the battery remains at 30-40%. I am very satisfied with it, but recently strange things have started happening with applications; for example, the calendar does not display event notifications (I forgot a dentist appointment) despite battery saving being disabled in the application settings, and it sometimes disconnects Bluetooth headphones. However, I do not feel the need to replace it with a newer model; it does not slow down, and the battery has not degraded.

I strongly do not recommend this device. After less than a year, the motherboard failed; the phone kept turning on and off until the battery was drained. A friend who has the same model (we both received it as a gift on the same day) had a similar situation and had to send it for repair. Currently, I am experiencing difficulties with the SIM card slots; the phone "detects" the card, yet there is "no service." After a preliminary diagnosis, it turned out that one of the components responsible for reading the card failed. The phone was well-maintained, not exposed to extreme temperatures, it never fell, nor was it subjected to shocks; based on previous experience, I kept it away from moisture. I am terribly disappointed because it is excellent to use, but the technical problems are overwhelming.

I have been using the Redmi Note 10s for 3 years and the performance is still excellent. The battery also performs well after such a long time. It takes very good photos, however, recording at 0.6x zoom significantly degrades the quality. Another advantage is the appearance of the device; it is a shame to put a case on it. I have a tendency to drop things and only a small crack appeared on the back cover. I miss NFC in this phone (there is a mistake in the description, unless I have a different version of the device). Miracast works flawlessly. The possibility of adding a memory card is also a huge advantage because, unfortunately, the internal memory turned out to be insufficient. Overall, I believe the price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

I have had this phone for a year. After 4 months, it started freezing, and a black screen with green stripes would appear. Now, after a six-month break, it has already been in repair for the third time within 2 months. When notifications arrive, it unlocks itself even though it is lying on the table, despite biometrics and a pattern being set. In fact, there are constant problems with this lock. Of course, the service center says upon checking that the phone is functional and they will not perform any repairs... I do not recommend it. Comparing it to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro I had before, that one is still functional and requires no work. I will never choose this brand of phone again.

I have owned this model for about a year. With my usage, the battery lasts two days; with intensive gaming, charging is necessary at least once. Proximity sensor - very poor even after the update to MIUI 13 (we will see how it performs with MIUI 14). Unfortunately, I used to connect the phone to a computer and use it quite often, but for about 3 months it has no longer been possible because the touch screen malfunctions when connected. I previously owned Samsung J5 and J7 models, as well as Motorola and Sony Xperia - conclusion: Xiaomi was the first and last phone from this company, I prioritize system stability and the efficient operation of components.

The predecessor 10C NFC as well as this model is ideal, balancing the purchase price. All new apps run properly, the camera takes great photos with good lighting, but has a problem when the scenery is poorly lit. The battery lasts two days with mobile internet turned on and normal usage. Unfortunately, the result is weak, but one must remember how low the purchase price is, and the battery problem is compensated by the charger and fast charging.
