I have been using the phone for a week and I can share my initial observations in the form of pros and cons. The build quality of the device and the accessories included in the set are definitely a plus. An excellent display and a brilliant camera that takes very nice photos even when there is a lack of light. The operating speed of the smartphone and its stability are beyond reproach (by the way, I do not play games). As for the cons, there is something wrong with the battery. I will overlook the rather slow charging (33W, which takes about 1 hour to reach full capacity). However, the battery is quickly depleted when a constant 120Hz refresh rate is set. Daily charging is rather the norm with normal use (social media, YouTube, calls). Although over the weekend the Redmi Note 13 5G lasted on the battery for up to 2 days during quieter use. I hope that one of the future updates will optimize the battery operating times, because from what I read, many manufacturers struggle with similar problems after the launches of their devices.

Plusy:
- Appearance/workmanship of the device.
- A quite neat case included.
- Factory protective film applied to the screen.
- Camera is practically brilliant in this price range.
- Display/screen.
- Speed of operation/absence of stuttering.
- Stability of telephone connections.
- Fingerprint reader on the side (an ideal solution for me).

Minusy:
- 33W charging (charging to full takes about 1 hour).
- A charged battery depletes quickly with the constant 120Hz refresh rate enabled.

Please correct the information regarding multimedia. The Redmi Note 13 5g has an FM radio (confirmed at the Mi Store).
FM radio is always optional. If it is there - great. A future update might make it unavailable. I do not know where the Mi Store sources its inventory or how reliably it reports specifications, but I kindly inform you that we are bound by the specifications provided on the manufacturer's official websites or in materials provided to us by the manufacturer. There is no information about FM radio in either place (which, of course, does not mean it is not there). We also do not have the smartphone physically for testing. Unfortunately, the processor manufacturer also did not see fit to provide information about the presence of FM radio: https://www.mediatek.com/products/smartphones-2/mediatek-dimensity-6080 I simply have no basis for including such information. Please persuade the Polish branch to post information about the FM radio on its specification page: https://www.mi.com/pl/product/redmi-note-13-5g/specs When they do, I will be happy to update the data. Best regards. (jf)

Purchased because it is one of the few this year to have the following combination: 5G, a 3.5mm jack, and FM Radio. On the plus side, the display (very bright, around 1000 nits and legible) and the camera: the main 108 Mpix camera takes sharp and clear photos even in low light, and it also has a 3x lossless zoom. A small downside, however, for the wide-angle camera, which covers a slightly smaller angle than the competition ("magnification" relative to a normal photo is 0.6 instead of 0.5). Also a plus for the fingerprint reader on the side rather than under the screen (it is more accurate and faster). Performance is reasonably decent; in "daily use" such as FB, IG, MESS etc., there is no problem at all, and all 2D games are also supported without issue. It manages 3D as well, although to play "heavier" productions like Call of Duty or Asphalt 9 smoothly, you should set medium graphics quality, as the phone freezes at high settings. Battery: standard 5000 mAh, 33W charging, meaning 0 to 100 in 70-80 min, which is neither fast nor slow, and this time is only achieved with the screen off. What I can count as disadvantages: overheating occurs almost daily during longer gaming sessions and even during regular use if 5G and adaptive refresh/120 Hz are enabled at the same time. The second and most serious disadvantage is the operating time; although there is a 5000 mAh cell, which should provide results of at least 8-9h SOT, it is usually 5-6h, and with intensive use, it drops even to 4h. You can get close to 7-8h SOT if you turn off 5G and set the screen to 60 Hz, while 9h is only possible when using the Ultra Battery Saver mode. The last disadvantage is only a single speaker; most phones at this price have stereo speakers. I am hopeful that the planned update to Hyper Os and Android 14 will improve the battery life at least a little and optimize the processor so that it does not overheat.

I used this specific Xiaomi model for almost a year. At first, the phone was very fast and the battery lasted a long time, but over time the phone started to lag, and the battery life became shorter and shorter. Despite this, I was always able to charge the phone very quickly. This is a typical Chinese product from Xiaomi, meaning a cheap phone with good components that begins to slow down over time. On one hand, the specifications are impressive, but on the other hand, the phone's lifespan and hidden flaws significantly lower the value of this phone. To be honest, it is better to pay a few hundred more or get a more expensive phone in installments. Personally, I was most bothered by the short battery life toward the end of its use, while on the other hand, the phone operated smoothly despite thousands of notifications from Viber, Messenger, Tik Gola, and also with hundreds of open tabs.

I have had this model since the end of September. 8/256GB version. Out of the box, we have everything that is needed, including a charger, screen film, and a case, but due to the protruding camera module, I bought a flip case and now it does not interfere. My only reservation is regarding the night photos, but it is hardly surprising for a model costing 1200 PLN. However, I use it as a backup phone, so this flaw can be accepted. The battery could also last longer, but it still lasts better than my main S24.

I hate it. Cheap, but awful. It freezes very frequently. It is not worth it at all. Horrible. I will never buy a Redmi again in my life. It fell once from the bed and what happened? It broke. The entire screen was destroyed after a small fall. And I will not even mention the photo quality. 0/10 extremely low quality device.

Bonus

For the first few months, it performed very efficiently and quickly. Over time it started to lag, and the battery life became shorter and shorter. Honestly, in the long run, it is not worth buying this model, but for temporary use, it will be perfectly adequate.
