I have had this phone for over 3 years and only now am I starting to have problems with it. As is known, it is due to its age. Considering that I bought it for about 800zł, I am very satisfied. It operated very quickly, and everything worked without any problems. So far, it is the best touchscreen phone I have had.

This phone is amazing. From the beginning, I have been trying to take care of it as much as I can, and after 4 years it is still amazing. I recommend it.

Phone purchased on 04.12.2019 as new with a 2-year warranty. Used for about 1.5 years as the primary phone and then as a backup. The reason for replacing the phone was a signal problem in locations where the signal is more than adequate; my presence in certain districts of large cities such as Grudziądz or Brodnica caused the signal to be lost. It was absurd; I experimented with network settings, switching to 3g or even to 2g in areas outside the city because otherwise no one could reach me. The battery life was generally acceptable although inconsistent, which was related to the search for signal and the constant operation of certain applications. Overall, the phone is good for photos and videos, and the speakers also produce clear and loud sound. The display has a very good resolution and the backlight is also good. Toward the end of its life, it was used recreationally for YouTube by a teenager, for a maximum of 1.5 hours per day. Unfortunately, the phone exploded and spontaneously caught fire while sitting on a nightstand, without being connected to a charger. Had it been in a pocket, it could have caused a severe burn or injury to health. The fact that the phone lasted 4 years does not justify its spontaneous combustion, especially considering it was used moderately for a maximum of 1 hour per day and most of the time even less.

I have been using it for almost 3.5 years.
So far, it is the best smartphone I have ever had. Previously, I used Samsung phones.
Currently, it tends to slow down for a moment occasionally, however, this happens rarely. The battery still holds up very well. The speaker is very loud and does not distort like some much more expensive phones.
You can simply hear the bass.
After about two years, the screen started to burn in slightly.
As for the photos, I must explain something to some users. With the factory application, it takes very average, even poor photos. The situation changes dramatically when we install the appropriate Gcam. I repeat, you must choose the right Gcam. Then, with the proper photographic knowledge, it takes photos equal in quality to smartphones that are much, much more expensive. I compared the photos with much more expensive smartphones and the photos are extremely sharp.
In smartphones, it is not only the optics that matter, but logarithms are very important, and that is why this is the case.

My opinion, but likely a typical one. The phone worked perfectly for 2 years, but now in its fourth year (purchased in November 2019) it is starting to have clear problems with freezing, the battery no longer lasts as long, but it is still functional at about 70%. I remember that I used to charge the phone once every two days, perhaps every day and a half, and today it needs to be charged every day. So it can be said that this is a standard Android life cycle. After the summer holiday period, the phone will likely be retired and I will replace it with a new one. Maybe formatting the phone would also not be a bad idea. In any case, I would recommend it, but the phone's internal components are already a bit old, so a newer model will certainly have a similar life cycle.

After 3 years of use, it still works but unfortunately, it is extremely slow. There are not many applications, nobody plays any games on it, and everything that can be saved is stored on the SD card. Each of the 6 additional applications has been checked. The largest of them takes up 90 megabytes, yet the memory status shows that 30.7 GB out of the available 32 GB is occupied. For a long time, it could not download any updates, displaying a message about the lack of required space. I do not know if Android itself is responsible for this state of affairs, because as long as the phone operated smoothly on version 9 and then 10, everything was fine, but when version 12 appeared, all the problems started.

Battery problems appeared after only six months. After 3 years, I finally replaced the battery and it is still the same. 2 hours of browsing TikTok and the battery is already depleted. After 2 years, screen burn-in also occurred. On the positive side, it is resistant to impacts and falls, but the Achilles' heel is the protruding camera, which breaks immediately upon impact. Photo quality is average, and after the camera glass was shattered, it became truly tragic. The smoothness of the system leaves much to be desired; there are constant application and system stutters, or permanent freezes that require a restart.

Hello. I have had this phone for approximately 3 years. I inherited it from my son????. In my opinion, it works well. I do not have problems with either the battery or the connections. It is a pity that it does not have NFC. But I mainly need a phone for contacts. And I believe my opinion is mostly based on that. It is connected via Bluetooth to a wristband for 10 hours. It is a fact that since I have owned it, the battery does not last as long anymore, but I consider charging once a day to be normal.

The phone is very large. A legible screen and a camera from the middle range that is sufficient for me. It functions quickly and smoothly, occasionally experiencing slight delays, but that is because 3/4 of the memory is full due to applications and games. Regarding games: even demanding games such as GTA San Andreas, Albion online, etc. run on it. The only thing is that I cannot run diablo inmortal on it, but the device is several years old; nevertheless, for now, it is completely sufficient for me.

I needed a phone immediately and I managed to buy the above model at a bargain price. Honestly, I am very satisfied even though my expectations were low. A positive surprise. The phone works really well even though I use it intensively, and the build quality is also quite good. For this price, it is an excellent purchase. I have been using Samsung phones for over a dozen years and I think Xiaomi has convinced me. My next purchase will be one of this brand's flagship models. I recommend it.
