Positive opinion

Excellent rugged phone for the blue collar professional. Affordable and reliable. Having the keypad is awesome and the torch on the end of the phone is powerful. Best phone I've ever had.

Negative opinion

Screen is NOT scratch resistant.
In-call volume doesn't work.
Have to root it to disable startup sound (which is at maximum volume), very loud @5am.
Charger /USB bung hard to remove for charging.
Torch gets really hot to touch.
Battery discharges quite quickly for capacity.
OS has lots of functions removed.
On-screen keyboard it TINY.
Navigation with keypad is almost impossible.
Menu's on screen overprint text entry boxes, cant see entered text.

Quite horrible to use.
