I am not able to import phone book from my previous phone to my new Samsung GT-C6712. Can anyone help ???

Unable to Import contacts. There is not feature in contacts to Import and Export Contacts. I tried with Kies software but multiple selection of contacts option is not there. KIES application is very slow. It is taking lot of time to transfer each contact. If any one finds solution to imports contacts to Samsung GT-C6712 mobile pls let me know. This is not advisable to buy instead go for Samsung Star Duos B7722.
