The phone is nice and fits well in the hand, but I have a few remarks regarding its performance. After a month of use, the phone began to slow down, likely due to browser entries, because once they were deleted and the phone was cleaned using their application, it stopped operating slowly. I never experienced such a situation with the Xiaomi Mi A2, but I have gotten used to it because I know the phone has a low refresh rate. A positive aspect for me, as a person with a disability, is that it features emergency information, which the Redmi 10 and other phones from the Redmi series lack. It is a pity that updates are only provided until the end of 2023.

The phone performs very well. The battery lasts a long time, there is NFC. The photos are good, there is a lot of memory, browsing is smooth, the TLC function is responsible for the screen, which makes usage more pleasant.

I have owned this phone for a year now. This is already my second TCL. Compared to the previous one, in terms of overall performance, the older TCL 20SE performs better than this 30+. This one can sometimes slow down so much that it needs to be turned off. The camera is very nice, but the battery performance is poor. Sometimes it can discharge after 4 hours of use, and other times it lasts the whole day with 45% remaining. The charger failed after about a month. Since then, I have been using the old one from the TCL 20SE. I also did not enjoy the fingerprint reader for long because I scratched it and it no longer recognizes fingers, but when it was working, I had to re-add the fingerprint approximately every 2 weeks because it had trouble reading the finger, which happened maybe 2 or 3 times with the TCL 20SE. I have not had a screen protector on the display since the beginning, and after a year of carrying it, even with keys at times, and dropping it several times, the screen looks great and has only minimal scratches from cleaning. The screen is truly durable and hard to scratch. Overall, I am moderately satisfied because while its performance is inconsistent, it looks nice, and what I like about TCL is the screen brightness boost in very strong sunlight, which makes everything visible even when the sun shines directly on the screen. Overall, the phone is okay for this price.
