Technical specifications

The Teclast M50 Pro tablet has "clean" Android and is fast. Websites open instantly. The image on the screen is very clear and reproduces colors quite accurately. The tablet was sent from China and after turning it on, Chinese characters were visible. The on-screen keyboard was only Chinese. I am writing this review on this tablet, which means it has already been localized to Polish. Google services are missing, which means it is impossible to use the Google Store.

Transitioning from the long-used Cube Talk X9. The tablet has a huge memory of 128 GB (actually approximately 114 GB usable) and a clear display with vibrant colors. It is a pity that the display resolution is only 1920x1200, but that is the standard or slightly above standard compared to other products on the market. The tablet does not support fast charging and the maximum charging current is approximately 2A. It needs some time to fully charge the battery from 0%. Note - when the battery is completely discharged, after connecting the tablet to the power supply, the red charging LED does not light up immediately. This takes several dozen seconds and one should not be concerned that the tablet does not want to "turn on" immediately. The new acquisition is fast, although with many applications open it can sometimes freeze for a moment - for example, in the VLC program while watching a movie. But it might just as well be a matter of selecting the appropriate decoder settings and other functions in the mentioned VLC program. On the other hand, browsing websites, even with a large number of open windows, is a real pleasure. My unit also arrived from China - cost 155.78 USD. Android 13 without overlays, with a Polish menu, Polish on-screen keyboard, and the Google Play store installed. The set does not include a charger, but a case is included. The tablet is being used with the factory protective film still applied to the screen. Its presence does not affect the colors or the touch function.
