Technical specifications

I bought the Ulefone Power Armor 14 in May ,so the fifth month is passing . I bought it for its resistance to water , dust and falls . I am satisfied , as I lead an active lifestyle , it has fallen multiple times and apart from light abrasions it is intact . The advantage is the high-capacity battery , the large display sensitive to touch through the glass . Overall I have no objections , the weight is significant , but the battery is too. Charging once in a long time .

I have been using the Ulefon Armor 3w phone for 2 years; the battery charges for about 8 hours and sometimes lasts 2 days, sometimes 6. After a fall from 80 cm, the camera was damaged ( I missed the warranty period.) Because of this, the build quality and the camera are a failure. The battery has already started to swell and a slight bulge has appeared, but at least it can be used to play the game of spin the bottle. I advise against purchasing this phone; it is the lowest quality product among all the rugged phones I have owned, and I have had several. I will not be using this company's products again.

In June I bought the Armor 18 T, but I only started using it 30 days after the purchase. It turned out that the front camera does not work, as well as some tools that use the camera, such as the microscope. Unfortunately, the law allows the manufacturer to repair the defective product, for which I waited three weeks, even though I stated in the complaint that I wanted a replacement for a new unit. After the repair (of the NEW ULEFONE), everything was satisfactory. The Ulefone lasted until mid-September, and all the cameras (although the message: "software error" also appears when launching the camera) stopped working. This name and appearance have nothing to do with durability, and especially not with quality.

I own two Ulefone brand phones. Armor 10 5G and an earlier model. I have been using them for several years. Several times they fell out of my pocket while I was getting into a truck and dropped onto the asphalt from a height of about 2 meters; the only damage sustained was a small scratch on the casing. The first one was [...] under warranty once, and the microphone was replaced. The warranty process itself lasted about 2 weeks. Therefore, I can recommend this brand of phones with full sincerity.

The back cover of the Power18 lasted 3 months of light use. The service center has been sending me parts for two months already. NEVER AGAIN

The phone lasted only a year. Very weak housing and display!
