It seems that during the MWC Samsung didn't show us all the planned range of smart devices. In the U.S. FCC there is certified another Samsung product from the category "wearables": S-Circle.
Samsung S-Circle is a much simpler design than the Gear watches. S-Circle is an electronic gadget designed to work with smartphone fitness applications. It uses bluetooth connectivity, has a built-in pedometer and can also transmit vibration notification from the smartphone. Unfortunately, the FCC documentation is partially concealed, therefore we do not know with which device we deal with. The equipment marked EI-AN900A was described as "Activity Tracker", ie activity meter. The name S-Circle may suggest the shape of the housing. This may be a ring or a bracelet? But maybe something else - because the shape of the FCC certification label does not fit into a wedding ring...
