Samsung unveiled the Gear Live: its first watch powered by Android Wear. The device resembles with appearance the Gear 2 model, it also has similar dimensions. The difference lies, however, in details.
Gear Live, like Gear 2, has a SuperAMOLED 320x320 px display with a 1.63-inch diagonal, a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh and a Heart Rate Monitor. Gear Live has a built-in accelerometer, a gyroscope and a compass. The housing complies with IP67 and it is therefore waterproof and dustproof, and a band - like in Samsung's previous models - can be exchanged for another one. The driving force behind the watch is a processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, supported by 512 MB of RAM and a built-in 4 GB flash media. It will be available in black and cherry, among others in Google Play shop.
