Although from the official launch of the smartphone Sony Xperia Z3 divides us even more than a week, in the Chinese-based certifier TENAA already appeared fairly complete data of two versions of the smartphone – differing with supported network bands.
Information from TENAA - though not official - can be treated with relatively high confidence, it is after all the official body certifying devices to one of the most important markets in the world. We can see two signs, under which Xperia Z3 is to hide. L55t and L55u are identical, they differ only in the ranges of the networks they support. We speak, therefore, of the variants for different regions of the world. L55t works in TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE, and L55u in WCDMA and TD-LTE.
Both models have the same dimensions - 146,5x72,5x7,35 mm - and weight - 158.4 g - therefore they should not vary in appearance. I assume that the housing will remain slightly waterproof, as so far, although the Chinese data does not mention this.

According to TENAA, Xperia Z3 features a 5.2-inch FullHD display and 16 GB of memory. At the rear there is mounted a 20.7-megapixel camera, and 2.2 megapixel front webcam. This configuration is akin to the current flagship. The novelty will be the processor – a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974AC with Adreno 330 graphics and 3 GB of RAM.
