ZTE unveiled in China two new smartphones: Nubia Z9 Max and Nubia Z9 Mini. The names are similar, but smartphones differ in displays size, styling details and applied processors.
ZTE Nubia Z9 Max has a 5.5-inch full HD display and the Snapdragon 810 processor, aided by 3 GB of DDR4 RAM. The phone comes with 16 GB of memory, a microSD card slot, and two cameras - 8- and 16-megapixel. The advantage of the phone will also be 7.1 surround sound system managed by an advanced audio system AK4375.
ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini has a screen size of 5 inches (what a "mini"...), but still with a FullHD resolution. In this model, however, the system uses the Snapdragon 615 paired with 2 GB of RAM. Likewise, as Z9 Max, the Mini model has a set of two cameras 8 and 16 megapixels, 16 GB of internal memory and a microSD slot. Both models supply the batteries of the same capacity - 2900 mAh. Both phones are running Android 5.0 with Nubia UI 2.8 overlay and support DualSIM mode, Dual Standby.
New Nubias have similar, slender housing with supporting titanium frame and glass panels with Gorilla Glass 3. For ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini it will possible to change the back wall (which will be available even in the version finished with fabric or wood), while model Nubia Z9 Max will be offered only in the "glass" version - in black or white. The phones are quite similar, and besides, the size they can be distinguished by a different arrangement of the USB jack and the speaker on the bottom. In the main camera in both phones there was used Sony IMX234 Exmor RS sensor and f/2.0 aperture, protected by sapphire glass slides.
The prices on the Chinese market will amount to 2,500 and 1,500 yuan, which will give 408 and $ 245.
