It is widely known that Samsung plans to further develop its smartphones series of Galaxy A. In recent times, there are more and more rumours about a new model to join this family. It's time for the first decent leaking about Galaxy A8.
The Sammobile service publishes information on this phone. Its reporters found that Samsung Galaxy A8 is expected to debut in China, and only later it will go to a wider distribution outside the country. Initially it was said even about selling only in China, but the latest information suggests that the device will also go to Europe. According to the latest rumours, Galaxy A8 will be a mid-range smartphone equipped with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a FullHD resolution. In the housing with a thickness of 5.9 mm equipped with a metal frame there will be working an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, supported by 2GB of RAM. On board of the new model we'll also find the LTE module, 16 GB of memory, a battery with a capacity of 3050 mAh and two cameras: 16- and 5-megapixel. Interestingly, the smartphone would be equipped with a biometric scanner, hidden in the key "home" - as the company's flagship models. The phone is expected to debut with Android 5.0 on board - but we do not know when it may happen.
