Google Pixel 2 so quickly is a big surprise, especially since Pixel of the first generation has debuted so recently. Besides the announced often in leaks water resistance there is still a few interesting details.
Just as during the launch of the first flagship smartphone Google Pixel XL, we can also expect a cheaper and less technologically advanced version of the smartphone with the Google logo. If the rumours are true, the cheaper Pixel 2 carries the working name Pixel 2B. The flagship model will probably be a little more expensive - at least 50 US dollars - while the weaker should be a cheaper relative to its corresponding previous-generation model.
We all put on cameras, it is difficult, therefore, to be surprised that Google decided to work on photography in low-light conditions. Apparently Pixel 2 will be equipped with the largest sensors available on the market, while both software and additional equipment will be subordinated to the camera photos of good quality regardless of the amount of light.
According to our sources, from the talks on the CPU installed in the smartphone Pixel 2 dropped MediaTek. At the table there is certainly Qualcomm - we can guess that the model Snapdragon 83X - and probably Intel. The current prototypes are still being tested in several variants with different chips.
Waterproofness of the new generation of Pixel promised by various sources seems to be something already certain. We expect a degree of protection IP67. We hope for protected against moisture and water jack and USB-C slots, but without plugs. Previous Pixels were the work of HTC. We are very curious about who this time will produce two new models for Google.
