Samsung Galaxy Fold officially!

The smartphone is impressive. Outside, it has a small 4.6" 840x1960 px screen, which allows the majority of communication functions to be used, as well as a large portion of other applications, but when unfolded, we get a powerful 7.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1536x2152 pixels. Most importantly - unfolding the housing does not cause interruption in the application. For example - a map or Facebook on the big screen will show us exactly the same place that we watched on the external screen. What's more, you can open up to three active applications on Galaxy Fold simultaneously, combining, for example, browsing websites, watching videos and chat with friends - all on one screen. This creates completely new possibilities and totally changes the comfort of using the phone.

Are there any cons? The durability of the flexible screen and casing hinges may be a problem - but Samsung ensures that these elements will be durable: "The internal screen not only bends, but can also be completely folded in. Another problem may be the thickness of the casing - but I think that the large screen compensates for it. What strikes me most is the indentation in its corner, which houses cameras. In an unusual notch there are two - 10 and 8 Mpx with lenses F1,9 and F2,2. The next three can be found on the outside, it is basically the same set as in Galaxy S10: wide angle 16 MPx, F2,2, main 12 MPx F1,5/F2,4 and tele - 12 MPx, F2,4 - the last two with stabilization. Above the external, i.e. smaller screen, we have another 10-megapixel camera with a F2.2 lens.

You do not need to worry about performance. This is actually Galaxy S10 with 12+512 GB (UFS3.0) memory, but enriched with a double battery with a total capacity of 4380 mAh with wireless and fast QC2 charging. Two batteries and components are evenly distributed, so that Galaxy Fold gives a sense of balance when we hold it in our hand. A fingerprint reader takes care of the security - but in a classic form, placed on the side of the plate. We also have AKG speakers on board, unfortunately the microSD slot is missing.

Unfortunately, the smartphone will not be easy to appear on the market - thanks to the price of EUR 2,000 - probably in the 4G version, as there will also be the 5G option - probably even more expensive.
