Samsung presented a modest representative of the budget class. Samsung Galaxy A01 surprises - but not with the price, but something completely unexpected.
It turned out that our joy from the budgeter's great memory was premature. Samsung has made adjustments to the site - and changed the memory capacity in the specification to more realistic. The phone has - according to data on 18.12.2019 - 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. Miracles do not happen, however...
Samsung Galaxy A01 has a housing made of plastic (three colours to choose from) and a 5.7-inch HD Infinity V display - i.e. with a droplet notch. The notch hides a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 lens. The rear camera is dual, with a main 13 Mpx matrix and aperture f/2.2 and an auxiliary 2 Mpx matrix and aperture f/2.4.
Samsung Galaxy A01 works based on an octa-core processor supported by 6 or 8 GB of RAM, surprising in this segment. Interestingly, the memory for files is also large, it has 128 GB, and you can also enlarge it with a microSD card, without giving up the use of two SIM cards. The slot is triple. In addition, Samsung Galaxy A01 has a mini jack, FM radio and a 3000 mAh battery. Unfortunately, Samsung did not provide the price of this model. However, it should not exceed EUR 120-130.
