Just over a month after its release in China, Xiaomi announced the global availability of Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro models. Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G appeared as a surprise.
With the debut of new flagships, Xiaomi breaks the label of a manufacturer of cheap smartphones. Yes, some series will remain cheap, but flagships have already jumped to a higher level.
The global price list is as follows:
- Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G - 349 euros (will join in May)
- Xiaomi Mi 10 8+256 GB - 799 euros
- Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 8+256 GB - 999 euros.

Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G, a model that has not been previously presented in China, is the cheapest way to commune with the Mi 10 model family. The phone uses the Snapdragon 765 processor and has a 6.57-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display. It is powered by a 4160 mAh battery with quick 20 W charging. The phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a quadruple rear camera with a 48 Mpx matrix. We will learn more about the new phone at the time of its debut, announced for May.

Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro are equipped with AMOLED 6.67 inch screens, rounded edges, Full HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh. The displays are compatible with HDR+ and the full DCI-P3 colour palette, and have very high contrast and brightness (up to 1120 cd/m2), as well as integrated fingerprint readers.

The heart of both models are Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processors, cooled by a steam chamber and supported by fast LPDDR5 and UFS 3.0 memories. On board we will also find 5G SA/NSA and Wi-Fi 6 communication modules as well as Dual GPS, Dual GPS or NFC. The equipment is complemented by stereo speakers and 20-megapixel selfie devices in the screen openings.

Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro have 108-megapixel cameras, with optical stabilization, f/1.69 aperture and 1/1.33" size sensors from Samsung. Single pixels of 0.8 micrometer merge into quadruples 1.6 ultra-pixels micrometer to give a better lit 27-megapixel photos. Smartphones also have 2-megapixel macro cameras (f/2.4) and wide-angle cameras with a 123-degree field of view. In Mi 10 this camera has 13 megapixels and an f/2.4 aperture, while in the Pro model - 20, with f/2.2 aperture. Smartphones also differ in the presence of a telephoto camera lens. Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has two additional 12 and 8 Mpx modules with f/2.0 apertures. One gives a 2x zoom, the other lossless 5x and hybrid 10x. Both Mi 10 record movies in 8K resolution at 30 fps.

Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro also differ in batteries. Xiaomi Mi 10 has 4780 mAh with fast 30 W charging (also wireless!) and 10 W reverse charge, while in Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro we have a 4500 mAh battery with 50 W wired charging, 30 W wireless charging and 10 W feedback. The phones have the same dimensions - 162.6x74.8x8.96 mm - but a different weight. Mi 10 weighs 202 g, and Mi 10 Pro - 208 g.
