Huawei today presented the Y9a model, somewhat related to the already known Enjoy 20 Plus model and sharing the styling with it, in turn referring to the flagship Mate series.
The distinguishing feature of this styling is a large, clearly accentuated round camera frame on the back. This camera is quadruple, with a 64 Mpx main matrix and f/1.8 lens, supported by an 8-megapixel module with a wide-angle lens with f/2.4 aperture and a field of view of 120 degrees. The set is completed by two 2-megapixel meshes with f/2.4 apertures - up to macro and blur background. The 16-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.2) was placed on a boom hidden in the housing, which allowed the display to remain simple - without a notch or a hole.

The IPS display has a diagonal of 6.63 inches and Full HD+ resolution, and under it there is a MediaTek Helio G80 processor, supported by 6 or 8 GB of RAM. The phone offers 128 GB of data space, which can be further enlarged with an NM card. Power is supplied by a 4200 or 4300 mAh battery - capacity varies depending on the distribution region. A smaller battery will appear in the Middle East, Africa and selected Asian countries. It will be similar with the charging power. These regions can count on 40 W, while in the remaining regions there will be only 22.5 W charging. Interestingly, a smaller battery and faster charging will be combined with a more powerful version of RAM...
Huawei Y9a will be offered in Space Silver, Sakura Pink and Midnight Black colours, but the price has not been announced yet. The smartphone will receive Android 10 with the EMUI 10.1 overlay, but unfortunately without Google services.
