On September 15, another major Xiaomi launch took place this year. The company presented three completely new smartphones - Xiaomi 11T, Xiaomi 11T Pro and Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE - and the Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet, which we have already got to know - but only on the Chinese market.

Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro
Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro are related designs. They differ in some important details, but they have even more in common. The smartphones look almost identical. They have flat screens with Gorilla Glass Victus glass and glass backs with rounded edges. An important feature of the styling is also the flat-cut shorter sides of the housing. On the top - there is a plastic insert under which the antennas hide. The Pro version can be distinguished from the base version only by the Harman/Kardon note on the top panel. The basic model - although there are also stereo speakers - lacked the logo of a well-known audio brand. What else is the difference between the new smartphones? First of all, processors. Xiaomi 11T has a MediaTek Dimensity 1200U chip, and in the 11T Pro model we find the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip. Smartphones have two-piece batteries with a capacity of 5000 mAh, but charging with different power. Xiaomi 11T charges the battery with 67 W, while in Xiaomi 11T Pro the charging power reaches an impressive 120 W. This allows you to fill the battery in 17 minutes without shortening its lifetime. The manufacturer declares that after 800 charging cycles, the battery will retain 80% of its original capacity. Importantly - in both models, the appropriate chargers can be found in the sets.

Both models are equipped with similar cameras. The photo set is based on a 108 megapixel matrix, accompanied by an 8 Mpx wide-angle camera with a field of view of 120 degrees. The set is also complemented by 5 Mpx telemakro cameras and a 16 Mpx selfie. The models are promoted with the Cinemagic slogan, indicating that they are equipped with a number of additional options related to filming. In addition to various special effects (such as the effect of a slow shutter or a moving background), we also have an audio zoom, of course, the night photography mode could not be missing, and the macro camera does not force us to get too close to the photographed object. It is worth adding that the Xiaomi 11T Pro model has the ability to record in 8K resolution and with HDR10+.

The phones are equipped with 6.67-inch AMOLED displays with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels, with an image refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 480 Hz touch panel, and with a brightness of up to a thousand nits. In the Pro model, the screen also has support for Dolby Vision. Xiaomi 11T Pro and Xiaomi 11T come in three colors with a brushed finish: Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White and Celestial Blue. Prices start at 499 euros for the Xiaomi 11T and 649 euros for the Xiaomi 11T Pro. Xiaomi 11T is available in two variants, 8+128 and 8+256 GB. The Xiaomi 11T Pro variants are 8+128, 8+256 and 12+256 GB. We will know more exact prices later. Both models will appear on the Polish market in October. It is worth noting that the Xiaomi 11T series models are guaranteed three updates to subsequent versions of the system (i.e. up to Android 14!) And a 4-year support with security updates.

Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE
Today, the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE model played the role of the master of the second plan. This is actually a refreshed version of Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G. As I suspect, due to the problems on the semiconductor market, Xiaomi had to use a different processor than in the original. The Snapdragon 778G, which we know from, for example, realme GT Master Edition, was chosen. It will be combined with memories in the following variants: 6+128, 8+128 and 8+256 GB. In addition to the new processor, there is also an additional, very effective color version - Snowflake White. Indeed - it looks as if it was frosted. The other color variations are also not bad - you can choose between Truffle Black, Bubblegum Blue and Peach Pink.
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE also has stereo speakers, a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ display, a 20-megapixel selfie camera and a triple rear camera with 64, 8 and 5 Mpx matrices. Additional cameras, of course, take care of wide-angle and macro photos. The device is powered by a 4250 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging. Prices start from 369 euros. Also, this model will not be released until next month. Finally, I will add that all three smartphones described above have an infrared remote control function for controlling home equipment, as well as NFC and side fingerprint readers.

In order not to bore us only with smartphones, Xiaomi announced today the global availability of the Xiaomi Pad 5. Power is provided by a battery with a capacity of 8720 mAh, filled with the included 22.5 W charger. The tablet is equipped with 13 and 8 megapixel cameras, as well as four large speakers (16x20 mm) with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. The equipment can be optionally equipped with the separately offered Xiaomi Smart Pen, which weighs 12.2 g, has a sensitivity to 4096 levels of pressure and a sampling frequency of 240 Hz. The Xiaomi Smart Pen also has convenient options such as function keys that allow you to quickly note down, take screenshots, or easily switch between pen and eraser functions. The price of the 6+128 GB variant is EUR 349, and for the 6+256 GB variant - EUR 399.
Xiaomi Mi Band 6 NFC and other trinkets
In addition to the premieres, Xiaomi provided one more, extremely important information. Soon, the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 NFC will appear in the global distribution - which means that you will finally be able to pay with the Xiaomi band! The band will enable payments with combined Mastercard cards of several leading Polish banks. In addition to the better version of Mi Banda, Xiaomi today announced a new Xiaomi Smart Projector 2 and the Xiaomi AX3000 mesh home Wi-Fi system. However, this is a topic for other websites;)
