The Nubia Z40 Pro model debuted in China. It is a flagship that will be offered in two versions.
Nubia Z40 Pro can impress with its equipment. It has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and as many as five memory versions, in various combinations of 8, 12, 16 GB RAM and 128, 256, 512 GB and 1 TB flash. The AMOLED display with bent sides and a narrow bezel has a diagonal of 6.67 inches, Full HD+ resolution, brightness thousand nits and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The standard version of the smartphone is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 80-watt charging. In turn, in the special edition of the Nubia Z40 Pro Gravity Edition we have a 4600 mAh battery, with 66 W charging, but additionally, with magnetic wireless charging. The new Nubia does not have a minijack or a microSD slot, but it has a sub-screen fingerprint reader and a MyOS 12 interface based on Android 12. In the photographic part, we have a 16-megapixel selfie camera, as well as the main rear camera Sony IMX 787, with a matrix 64 Mpx with a size of 1/1.3" and a great aperture of f/1.6. The rear camera is complemented by 50 Mpx modules with a wide-angle lens and 8 Mpx with a periscope telephoto lens with approx. 5x.
Prices for the base 8+128 GB variant start from 3,399 yuan ($ 539), while the Gravity Edition 12+256 GB model costs at least 4,299 yuan ($ 680).
