Motorola Moto G42 has been officially launched. For now, the smartphone has been announced in Brazil, but it will certainly also appear on many other markets.
What does Motorola Moto G42 offer? It is a rather cheaper medium, equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor, modest 4 GB of RAM and a decent 128 GB of data memory. There is also a microSD slot, and the light MyUX system overlay on Android 12 will make a small RAM likely to be sufficient. The smartphone also has a 6.4-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, but with a standard refresh rate - 60 Hz.
Moto G42 is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that charges 20 W, and the selfie is powered by the 16 Mpx, f/2.2 front camera. The rear camera consists of a 50 Mpx main matrix with an f/1.8 lens and an 8 Mpx, f/2.2 wide-angle module with a field of view of 118 degrees. The set is completed by a 2 Mpx macro camera, f 2.4. Filming is unfortunately only possible in Full HD. There are two housing colours to choose from, but the price has not been announced yet.
